I've been using this pharmacy for over 10years. I've had amazing customer experience with many of the pharmacists and techs. Karen, Marcia, Danielle, have always treated me very well. They've gone above and beyond for me many times. I truly appreciate having a pharmacy that I don't feel judged at and that treats me like I'm a human being. Thank you Jewel Pharmcy staff.

I was purchasing items on a WIC card, as I was paying, the cashier informed me that there were 35$ worth of items that didn't pass. I asked him what exactly didn't pass several times. I'm still new to the whole WIC card process and his frustration got to him and he ended up snatching the receipt away from me. Please keep in mind that I was in a good mood when I entered the store as well as going up to pay, I made sure to ask some employees beforehand if WIC cards were accepted and they all said yes. I made sure to double check everything as I was placing items in my cart but I guess asking for help in the end was a waste of the cashiers precious time.

Quick, convenient, and great prices! Especially if you have the jewel app. Plenty of cashiers to help with checkout. Also, they are open early if I need to swing in before work.

The butcher in Jewel sucks because they don't know how too talk to people expect black people. They don't treat that black butcher right at all sometimes I feel sorry for him. Jewel is super high on their meat anyway so I don't buy too much of their meat. More customers training is needed for your butchers. Get it together Jewel .. 1 star for your butcher's service, Overall I like Jewel.

It's a shame because this store is only about 8 blocks away from me. Walmart is the closest grocery store after that which is about 2 miles away. I like the quality of the food here better even though it is more expensive but you pay for convenience and quality. I prefer to shop here over Walmart partially because it's closer, but mainly because it's better quality and better organized because it's smaller. I was shopping here one night at about 9:00 p.m. and I was in the freezer section looking at picking up a few frozen pizzas. Obviously, the frozen pizza section had just been stocked because it was completely overstuffed with selection. I was looking through the massive selection but the pizzas that I wanted were trapped behind a selection of different brands. so I had to dig out the pizzas I didn't want and put them on the floor so that I could get to the pizzas that I did want. Everything was overstocked and a huge selection of pizzas ended up falling out of the freezer like an avalanche, and were piled up on the floor. It would have taken me quite a long time to pick them up and put them all back in the freezer but it was too disorganized and I didn't want to add to the problem. there was another guy in the aisle, but he just looked at me and shook his head so I figured he was just a customer. so I walked away and I went to go find an associate to let them know there was a mess that I had made but I didn't have the talent to clean it up. The guy who was in the aisle followed me and started walking faster towards me, and then he asked me if I was going to clean up my mess. I started to tell him that I wouldn't be able to successfully put them back in the freezer and he got mad at me and cut me off and he started telling me that I was leaving it for him and I wasn't going to say anything. I tried to respond carefully and let him know that I didn't realize he was working, but he kept cutting me off and telling me that I was just going to walk away and not tell anyone. so I told him that I wasn't going to put up with the way he was talking to me and I asked for a manager, he laughed at me and he said you want to manage your let's go get a manager and he proceeded to follow me. I asked them to just leave me alone and to walk away so he turned around and he walked out of the other side of the aisle. I walked to the front of the store and I asked for a manager and the girl called someone named Angela to help me. I started to tell Angela about what happened, but the associate from the freezer aisle, Trevor, started interrupting me and cut me off and telling me that I wasn't saying what really happened and he would tell Angela how it really was. Angela told me that she wasn't an actual manager so she called the manager of the store, Michael who after about 5 minutes finally walked up to where I was and ask me how he can help me. Meanwhile, Trevor was still there and wouldn't let me talk and kept cutting me off and making me nervous. I told Michael that I didn't want to file a complaint while Trevor was standing there and cutting me off and making me nervous but Michael didn't do anything and just said for me to tell my story. meanwhile, Trevor kept going on and it was clear that Michael and Trevor were friends. So I told Michael that I had the right to complain about Trevor without him standing there and attacking me verbally but Michael wouldn't do anything so I just abandoned my already half full cart and left the store. Michael told me the name of the actual store manager after I asked and he told me that she worked the next morning if I wanted to talk to her. Tomorrow morning I definitely plan on calling the store manager and complaining about Michael and trevor. I don't think I'll ever go to this Jewel-Osco again especially if I know that Michael is still managing it because I feel like they were ganging up on me and making me feel nervous. It's too bad because I was looking forward to my purchases and was planning

Shopped here for years but today, the guy that checked me out stole my cash back. When I complained at service desk they said too bad. No apology, my money wasn't returned. I won't buy from a store where they employ thieves and allow them to steal from customers. I recommend berkots.

Generally vey happy with Jewel-Osco, recently not happy with the quality of the fresh squeezed orange juice. Seems watered down, and difficult to buy the large bottles. Anyone else experiencing this?

While their employees are going above and beyond jewel is doing some serious price gauging. Everybody else is selling pop 3/ $11 jewel has taken advantage of the situation and selling it4/$20. The same hamburger that was $3 and some change 6 weeks ago is now $7 & some change. Toilet paper that used to be $7 is now $18. It's bad enough that people who have been out of work for 6 weeks are struggling and now jewel is helping them out by shrinking their money's buying power. For myself it was a struggle making my link stretch over a month but now thanks to jewel it doesnt even last 2 weeks. People will remember how jewel took advantage of them in hard times and will go elsewhere in the future. I have been a lifelong jewel customer but I believe I will be investigating Meyers for the future.

Close the Deli, they just dont care if you want something, they have things to do, like ignoring customers.

I am no longer shopping there. They do not enforce their own no mask policy with employees or the public. I have spoken directly to management there, but it was the same last time in....which will be my last time in.

I wish I was writing this to corporate, but I just wanted to tell you that your store is great, and we're so glad we still have this downtown store. My friends, family and I shop here all the time, and it's our number one place to shop for groceries. Your staff members are the greatest. I could mention certain names, but I don't want to exclude anyone. Will just say all of them are great. Thanks for staying open, treating people with respect and just handling things much better than certain other places during covid-19.
