I had some difficulty getting tax forms on tome That led to having to file my taxes post season. This meant working within a small schedule that didn't work with my work hours. Debbie went out of her way to meet with me to help me get everything filed. Than you going the extra Mile to help!

I have been going here for years. This year though ,I received a letter from the IRS stating they pulled my return for a review. Apon contacting the H andR office in Kankakee Illinois, they told me to wait the 60 days then contact them. 60 days have come and gone numerous attempts to contact my accountant have gone with NO calls returned to me. I will not be going back. I could have done this myself, and saved 300 dollars, and would have the same result. I urge people to stay clear of H and R block, they don't care about you,just your money. Another week and still bi call , no money, no answers. I beg you DON'T USE H AND R BLOCK nothing but lies!
