I"ve lived in my house for 42 years and have delt with alot of contractors. The employees is what makes the differance. Tyler Goodrich and Rick Giroux is the best. They both have a great work ethic and take pride in there job. Im extremely satisfied with there job.( New furnace and central air unit install Lennox ) Thanks Guys

Jose and Austin were very professional and very knowledgeable. My son bought an older home, and I am very impressed with the way they handle our heating situation. We are waiting for our plumbing to be fixed. I am greatly appreciative. Prices are reasonable. Thank you so much for your help.

Had them do a big plumbing job for us and it failed inspection. Not going here again.

We had a sewage pipe rupture in our basement on a Sunday. They sent someone out within an hour and a half. Burl was polite and professional and got us up and running again. Other companies wanted us to wait until Monday, but Home understood the urgency of the situation and were on it. Worth EVERY penny!

I called in the morning when I got up because my furnace would not come on. The lady who answered said she would reroute a worker to my house. Austin showed up and did a great job a great job and fixed my furnace. I've always used Home for my furnace work and will continue to do so.

*Update, had to involve the Supervisor Andy, who took appropriate steps to make things right. Sent another guy Nick out to correct everything that was poorly done the first time.
Nick was excellent.
Fixed a couple issues only to leave me with different issues that they caused.
Hired to repair our Navien tankless heater.
Mike (20yrs experience) apparently doesnt know how to be thorough.
Just paid over $800 to have the following problems when he left.
New leak where there was none (possibly an east fix but he seemed like he no longer wished to be here.)
Missing screws in things that were taken apart
New control board just left hanging loose not mounted
Loose screws in other parts
Mismatched screws for the from cover plus didnt put one back in at all.

We woke up to no water today! On a Saturday to make it even worse. Home Furniture Plumbing and Heating was professional and sympathetic on the phone! In what seemed like no time Jose Arellano was at our door! He fit us into his schedule and did an amazing job!!!!
