I come into town every couple of months and always stop here. High quality clothes, jewelry, shoes and lots of home decor. Also an absolute friendly atmosphere. I never leave empty handed. A must stop if you love resale stores.

My husband and I have shopped at Embrace for several years in Meadowview. November 2023, we stopped in at the new location in Bradley, Il. I made a comment on how I liked the new store-Embrace and I was waiting on my husband cuz he was trying on jeans so I asked to use the restroom. While using the restroom, the same lady that I made a Nice comment to, yells through the door loudly, to not use a lot of toilet paper and continues to be rude yelling aloud so everyone could hear her & embarrassing me. I had shoulder surgery 5 days prior and I was struggling to try to use 1 hand to get pants down to use the toilet and to reach in to get toilet paper cuz they were low. After walking out, I was embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. I told my husband & he tried talking to the workers explaining what happened. He couldn't talk to a manager cuz all of a sudden the managers were too busy. Which the lady who was being rude was one of the managers. No apology & didn't have the nerve to even talk to us. Another customer said she was rude to her too. How do you own a business when you are rude and are harassing your customers! You don't treat people like this! We will not be returning to this business ever again. We will give our business to those who treat us nice as customers. Maybe you shouldn't have opened your business until your plumbing issues were resolved. She said customers were coming in and plugging up her toilets. I guess they have only 1 toilet working but have a total of 3 or 4 toilets. Sounds like you need a plumber not blaming your customers.

The new store location is spacious and well-organized, with separate sections for clothing and home goods. The pricing is reasonable for a resale shop, although a clearance rack like they had at the old location would be a welcome addition. Overall, it's a clean and pleasant store to visit.

I took the max amount of items in 45 days ago. Some higher end stuff. Some "regular" end stuff. More than one item still with the tags on and had never been worn. I took in 30 items (the limit at one time) and they took 29. The only reason they didn't take the 30th is cause the tag had been removed. Anyway, after the 45th day, if you don't come back for the items that didn't sell is deemed to have been "donated." Only it's not "donated." If you don't pick it up and they are able to sell it thereafter, they keep the money. Period. So I go to pick up the items that didn't sell and am given a printout of items that didn't sell and pointed in the general direction of where these items might be so I can retrieve them! So let's not make this all very difficult for you... perhaps you get the idea. I will not be taking anymore items there (and I have a LARGE amount - guess they don't want it!) Nor will I EVER buy anything there!!!!! I may be one little person, but I have a BIG mouth!!! I'll be telling everyone who'll listen! Thank you.

DO NOT SHOP THERE.....I went to this store and didn't pay attention to the pricing and dates they mark their clothing up to make them down by dates. Clothes are out of season and got the nerve to be priced up. Sophie is TERRIBLE please watch her she will put you owe more than you do in the register. I'll NEVER NEVER EVER shop there again. DO NOT SHOP there you will regret it.

Most of the plus-size clothes were overpriced and looked dingy but some were decent. Some of the pictures were expensive. The place was messy and cluttered. Overall it's priced better than a department store.Revised as of Feb 8, 2023The store is less cluttered. The plus size selection is much better and of better quality.

Huge store! Clothes, furniture, home decor. Look for their dollar deals & discounted tag colors! Only complaint is management.

This place saved me ! I love this store I feel very welcome here ! I now have clothes that I can afford half price compared to stores! Very clean! Every time I go there’s always something new! Love love love this place even nice pictures to furniture I don’t go to garage sales anymore this place is amazing!!!!
