The help in the store is excellent. However, the pharmacy department it's a bad joke. I have been a customer for 10 years, and today transferred every one of my prescriptions to a different CVS pharmacy due to the bad service and often incompetent help.

The joke of a pharmacist they have running that zoo told my dr he wasn't licensed to call in prescriptions. Cots me lots of time and I'm in severe pain and need the meds. Do your self a favor and skip this sink hole.

Was told my insurance didn’t authorize my medication.When I called my insurance, they advised the pharmacy has been doing this for months to “ration” the medication due to nation wide shortage. They suggested I use another pharmacy as this location has a history of misrepresenting situations like this.

Go anywhere else! Lied about my prescription being filled! Told me to come back. Came back and then they told me my insurance would not fill it. My insurance has no idea what they are talking about… don’t waste your time
