Came here on 4/10/23 look at the pictures price on the sign clearly does not match what’s at the pump when I bring it to the attention of the staff she was very rude and said wasn’t anything she can do about it and she does not care, I asked her for the corporate number and she said she does not know it and they don’t have it. I had to go to the circle k in manteno to get it. This station is horrible and the customer service is beyond baffling you can clearly see almost a 50 cent difference from the pump to the sign. I’m still waiting on corporate to reach out

Well I personally don’t come to this station that often unless I go to town for a food order, so today I did stop and bought some mega million quick picks& 2 scratch offs, which were not the right ones and cost me $20 extra for them tickets which she could not refund???? Low and behold I live an hour round trip to this place, get back and 1 of the tickets is a winner, but Casey’s here said she never activated the book, so they couldn’t pay me, call this place and the lady says well your gonna have to come back on Monday when the manager is here???? Really I spent $ 94 dollars are these people that incompetent of doing their jobs correctly, so now I have to burn more gas to go back there??

I pass several Circle K's to come to this location because of the excellent service! However, I was shocked and disappointed with my visit on May 15 around 2:30 pm. The cashier who is new was NOT wearing a mask! A man came in with her child, obviously to visit since he was just standing around talking and not buying anything and the child was roaming around neither of them had on mask either! Apparently this cashier knew the customer ahead of me because she got into a personal conversation with her as I waited to pay for my items. Please look into this thank you. The cashier was AA with braids. If your employees don't wear mask and have family members coming in without mask we will continue to spread this virus.
