For my maintenance work he's Dynamite he's the best around I don't care where I live what city what state I would have my vehicle towed to him he's the most honest person I have ever met to work on anything he would not cheat anyone he's very upfront and honest I have ever heard him talk to you that has come in for anything he comes right out and he tells you up front and I could not get over listening to him talk to other individuals I needed something and he just told him straight out if they should have them get done or no how many people are there in this world like that not many the average person out there today just wants to rip you off not him he's very honest and I thank God how I wish I would have listened and went to him before I went to the other person who ripped me off over 4500 beforehand.”

I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. “These guys are fantastic. A while back, I brought a knuckle in from an old K10 to have the ball joints pressed out and in. We ran into a few issues with the ball joints being installed opposite (bottom on top, vise versa) and then having issues with the upper ball joint loosening during instalation of the knuckle, but they went above and beyond fixing any issues.
They proved their integrity, which is why I didn't hesitate to bring in the other knuckle when I had the time.
These guys have gained my business, and I trust them to do it right, or at least have integrity to make it right.”

“I found my new mechanics! Park and Hansen are two stand up guys. I took my car in to be looked at because the dealership told me I had an oil leak. They did a thorough inspection and cleaned some oil residue. Visually they did not see any leaks. Suggested that I drive it for a few weeks and then bring it back for a recheck and oil change.”

I don't talk to the owner much because he's always busy under the hood of a car so I talk to the son Allen most of time and Allen always goes out of his way to make sure my tires and oil are in good shape! In my opinion McPhail's Garage is the best shop with the best deals for tires and oil in Kankakee!!!!”
“Where do I begin! Ray is a great guy! One hell of a mechanic as well! I called ray telling him I needed two tires installed and brakes he’s like come on by I’ll be here, I brought it after work and ray greeted me with a hand shake! Right there I appreciate, old school guy with respect. He gave me the option to drop it off or wait around I decided to wait around, his set up is so cool, old school. Ray and I have some awesome conversations, learning about him and his knowledge. He taught me stuff while working on my bike. Reminded me of my grandfather that passed away. I trust him and would let him work on my bike any day! I will be back for sure! Ray provides all kinds of services and repairs. Straight forward and honest which you don’t get these days. I’m glad I took my business here and will continue too”

“Brad and Dale are AWESOME. When my husband's transmission needed to be replaced on his Mitsubishi - they kept us updated on EVERYTHING. If they found another problem, they'd call and ask if it was OK to go ahead and fix it before doing it. My own vehicle is about to go in to get an exhaust replaced, and both of our vehicles always go here for regular maintenance. These are the most honest, trustworthy mechanics that I have personally ever dealt with.”
