Everyone is friendly and professional!
I also use Tousignant for my garage doors.Tousignant has great customer service and stand behind their work!

On 7/18/2024 A salesman came out to give me an estimate for fence repair or possible complete replacement due to storm damage. The salesman's was rude and had no idea on things he was talking about. He spent more time telling me everything he wasn't going to do for me than actually giving me a quote for the job. I finally told the guy after about 10 minutes of listening to his attitude that his service is not a good fit for me. I have used Tousignant years ago and the service was great then. I have 2 dogs so I am in need of fencing and was ready to pull the trigger on a new fence right away. This guy soured me from using them and lost a sales. Tousignant if you read this review trust me when I say this you will lose many more sales with this guy and his rude attitude.

I am a bit disappointed with the company! This company came HIGHLY recommended to me for a fence for my yard. I called ( great people that answer the phones, super friendly and helpful) they got me set up with an appointment for a quote don’t quote me on it but I believe the gentleman’s name was Phil I don’t have the card on me so I don’t know exactly but he came out on a Wednesday (4/10/25) and measured my property and said I’m off Thursday and Friday so I should have your quote Monday. Oh okay sound good! It is now Friday 4/19/24 and I have yet to hear from them, I have yet to receive my quote etc. for a highly recommended company I was looking forward to using was a bit let down. I feel that my business just wasn’t a care to them, like my business didn’t mean anything I have no clue. But I was so set on using yall til this! The fact that my time was wasted and not valued speaks volume. My money is business will be good for the next company though. Horrible field customer service I tell you.

The salespeople and owner are very knowledgeable about all products and I always feel that they do their best to get me the best pricing for all products needed. Always communicate very well when ordering material that is non stock as to when materials arrive. Great experience every time I go in or call.

Fencing job , replace one side of fence. Not even with either side. 6 inch gap on the bottom. Dog could get out. Over lapped boards instead of trimming the board to fit gap. Poor workmanship from fence installers.Service: Installation

We had A PLUS build a porch awning for our house. They responded quickly when we called. They then came out a day or 2 later to ask what we wanted and then measured our porch. After a day or 2 waiting for the product to arrive at their warehouse they made an appointment to come out and install it. They installed it in 1 day. That was over 4 years ago and no leaks to this day.Service: Installation

I worked with A Plus Home Improvements of Kankakee to replace two rotted thick solid wood outer doors with hollow metal security doors.
