He wanted to understand how we were currently insured, what we were looking for in an agent and what he could offer us. After reviewing our current policy, Ryan actually advised we were under insured in the event we needed to replace/rebuild our home. No one wants to think about these things, but we're grateful Ryan pointed this out to us and helped us figure out a policy to protect our home. It felt like a significant leap in coverage for a minimal increase in cost. He was also very responsive when we had issues with our bank and escrow funds (we thought we had stopped escrow, but the bank never did and paid Ryan after we had already paid him).
