My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground. “Unfortunately while I was out of town on business, my car fell prey to the recent TikTok trend that has resulted in countless Hyundai and Kia vehicles being vandalized/stolen. Several local repair shops wouldn't even return my call or take my vehicle because of this national spike in Hyundai/Kia repairs.However, when I contacted John and his team over at Perfection Auto, I knew I'd made a solid choice: John gave it to me straight and let me know that because of the national spike in Hyundai/Kia thefts/damages, it was very hard to get parts. John told me things could go either way - a lengthy or a short wait. Turns out he was able to get everything needed for the repairs within just under a week.John's one of those rare auto repair experts who gives it to you straight and fair and he follows through.
