I understand that I can't get help because she is my ex's attorney... However when informing someone of that, and being told he wad no longer a client... YOU DON'T NEED TO BE RUDE AND SNIPPY WITH SOMEONE ON THE PHONE.. ON TOP IF THAT YOU DONE CALL SOMEONE ELSE'S CLIENT A NUT CASE.. YOUTH ONLY EVER HEAR ONE SIDE.. She is by far one of thee worst I've seen in this area in a very long time. Overhearing her belittle and degrade her clients in their face and behind their back lead me to seek help elsewhere & I'm glad I did. She doesn't even deserve 1 star ratings. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE TAKE WARNING NOT TO GIVE THIS CON-WOMAN OR HER "firm" A DOLLAR. SHE IS AWFUL AT LAW. She is absolutely worthless as an attorney who allegedly fights for her clients children.... Got NOTHING accomplished of what she GARUNTEED for 1500 bucks upfront. Said for 1500 she would simply get my weekend visits back I had won (with a REAL attorney PAUL HENRY) ... Went to court and Susan did NOTHING but sit in the judges chambers so as we couldn't hear anything she did. Came to court and she refused to field ANY of my perfectly normal requests to ask for anything. I walked away with TWO ONE HOUR SUPERVISED VISITS PER MONTH ALL THE WAY IN CAPE GIRARDEAU.... that I had to pay for. She then sent me a BILL Hahahahahaha. She is WORTHLESS.

She is one of the most compassionate and professional people I have met in the legal arena. Her commitment to clients and willingness to make payment arrangements is unparalleled to anyone else in the area. She absolutely loves children and will go the extra mile to see that they are safe! I have never seen someone work harder!! Many attorneys are in it for the money, but Susan truly cares about the issues her clients are dealing with. Sure she doesn't want to deal with nonsense, but who would? When you're as good as she is, you shouldn't have to! Excellent representation, Reasonable fees, Extensive experience - that's what you get with Susan Burger!

Susan Burger is the worst attorney that had ever walked this earth! she gave me a flat rate for my case and I paid it in the very begging. I just spoke with her and because my case has taken this long she just withdrew as my attorney because I told her she didn't have to be rude. She told me I have to pay more because court has lasted this long, BUT I've only had her since like June and she has only been to maybe four court appearances. She told me it might not sound like a big deal to me but it is to her. So I flat out told her that all she does is sit there anyway. So she hung up on me! Looks like I will be filing and representing myself!!! She is god awful and no on get her!! She doesn't need to work for families!!! She does NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
