I just purchased my 1st brand new car, a 2024 Kia Forte, with the wonderful help of Danny. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I purchased a car two years ago with an extended warranty. I am now trading my car in elsewhere and want to know the cancellation amount on my warranty. I called the dealership 7 times over the course of two days. The person who answers the phone was supposedly transferring my call to the finance office, but the phone would just ring for 10 minutes with no answer. I finally got in contact with someone and he told me he couldn’t look up my warranty because those are now with a different department. He said I would have to send an email and wait ‘a couple of days’ for a response. I said can I call this department and speak to someone on the phone? He said that office doesn’t have phones and my only option was to email. Seems strange to me that an office has no phones. Almost like it was a lie to get me off the phone…

Mike Bratlien is definitely on my husband's good side. Came home with exactly what he was looking for. At the price that was ment to be in the budget. Mike didn't bs anything and had excellent customer service. I wish more salesman had his work ethic. Thank you definitely will send people your way.
