I cannot say one nice thing about this place. The service department is an absolute joke and the sales department is real good at making you feel taken care of before they screw you. Literally Facebook marketplace is better than this joke of a "dealership"

Bought vehicle at world kia. They promised to clean it out properly b4 picking up. They had 5 days to clean it. I picked it up and all they did was spray some shit all over the place. There was still lollipops and candy wrappers all over the place. The gas was on empty even though they said they would put gas in it. It was the worse service i have ever recieved. Mcdonalds has better service than them. I highly reccomend never purchasing a vehicle at world kia.

My name is William, I was conned into coming into this crooked dealership with a fake pre-approval and loan approval by Valerie a fake sales person who made out to be like she was in sales and told me my car loan was approved.i set this fake sale person all my personal information, taxes, employment, ID, residence and she is not a sales person. The general manager as well as other management people. However these practices are against the law. I contacted the attorney general office as well as the BBC. I have phone recorded communications and witness that heard my conversation with Valerie and the general manager saying that my loan was approved. I think these types of car dealership needs to be helped accountable. Please look for my next review where I will name more names and how I was treated at World Kia.

If you ever find yourself in need of a vehicle, world Kia in Joliet is the place to go. Ask for Patrick! He did so much to help me get into something nice & affordable. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he made me feel at ease the whole time & assured me he has my best interest. Couldn't have asked for a better car sells man.

They must pay for good reviews because this dealership is like a zoo. That's because they're all snakes. Hatim acts nice, but plays dumb. I gave him a $1,500 deposit on a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Regularly checked in. Everything was fine. Go to get the car. Tells me he will be two minutes. Forty-five minutes later. Tells me the car isn't there. Couldn't offer up a decent explanation. The manager "Mo" was so rude about it. They sold the car despite my deposit holding it. They knew it was sold and didn't care about my time or money. No quipped right away that he wants to show me a Jeep Cherokee. No wonder they didn't tell me in advance the car was sold to another buyer. They still want my sale at all cost. I went to Thomas Nissan in Joliet and got a car in less than two hours. It was a Murano. Nicer than the Rogue I looked at with Hatim. AND, my monthly payment is $250 less than what World Kia quoted me. Mo and Hatim are the snakiest sales people EVER.

Newest update: After purchasing 4 vehicles from this dealer, I cannot say enough bad things about my last purchase. Camille is terrible to try to deal with. They lost my garage door opener and an envelope of cash in the transition between cars. They advise it's my fault. I tried to reach the owners (Mr and Mrs Falcone) only to have the female manager (Camille) call and harass and threaten me. Wish I could leave zero stars. ********************************************* Paul was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He got me exactly what I wanted and made sure it was in my price range. He had all of the documents prepared very quickly and accurately. I was extremely pleased that I didn't have to waste my entire Saturday at the car dealership. Highly recommend!!!!

service department is literally the worst i have ever experienced. so much chaos from start to finish at every appointment. paid over $1,000 for the problem they diagnosed which i paid $180 for still not even fixed. a bunch of kids and people who have no clue what they are doing working here. would not recommend!!!! seems like there is no one wven working as a manager or supervisor. never going back!

my car broke down after not even 5 years and I went in to find help after I paid for the extended warranty and I was told they would get back to me but no one has. I see all car dealership do is lie to customers but when things get real they don't keep their word. I want to know where's my money from the extended warranty that I paid for and haven't received? I paid over a $1,000 and no one has helped me fix this truck or trade it in but I paid for the service. I thought camille the manager was a nice woman because she's normalmy nice and always smile but where's the heart when customers cars/ trucks break down for no reason and they have a warranty? what a rip off this place is and a bunch of liars! I would never treat anyone this way for a sake because I truly do have a heart and I care! I don't mess people over for a sale!

I've had the worse experience ever I've talked to multiple sales representatives they told me I need to put money down and drive the car the same day and I did everything they ask for they made me purchase insurance put down payment without getting the bank approval and the car had accidents they never showed me the car fax or told me anything about it until I asked one of the sales rep to show me the car fax and they insisted it's a minor damage not a big deal they made me wait the whole day my appointment was at 1:30pm I walked out with nothing the next day I was supposed to receive a call and I never did I tried reaching them many times everyone says they busy with customers and has no clue about what's going on after multiple tries they tell me the bank needs more money down in order for you to get the car I've wasted money time and energy with these people the communication was awful they just want to make a sale out of anything I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I signed a contract with this dealership for a car. They never took delivery of this car because they said it was because of the bank but they took my down payment, insurance money, and signed contracts. They gave me the run-a-round about why they could not give the car to me but they took my money, I paid for the insurance and the bank says differently from what they are telling me. They will not give me my money back and still not return my calls.

I got my car here and they fucked me on the payments but that's besides the point, i show up there for an oil change and i had to wait 2 fucking hours for an oil change?!? that is complete and utter bullshit, this dealership will never see me again

Dominick is a horrible salesmen ! I had the worst experience with him he was distracted the whole time and not able to answer any questions. would not choose to work with him on finding a car again.
