If I could give them 0 stars I would, walked into the mall and they were closed at 640pm when the sign said closed at 7 pm. Stood at the door and watched him make a bee line to the back room. When asked he said "I have an emergency" when he was moseying in there.

Great place to find work gear. Lots of shoe options on top of other thing. Great customer service, Shout out to Jackie for being a great help! Definitely will return in the future.

I've worked with Jackie a few times in regards to an order she helped me place for my scrubs. She is extremely helpful and kind. Its great knowing that If I can't find my style, size or color in store she quickly will place an online order for me with no hesitation.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST customer service ever. When my husband and I walked into the store which may I mention we were the only people in the store. The guy working that evening didn't say a word to us. No, hi no can I help you nothing. I've never bought scrubs before so I asked if the dressing room was open he said no the dressing rooms are closed in a short bark manor. I understand that the dressing rooms are closed due to covid but dang you could of said it nicer. Then I continued to ask what is their return policy just in case I got home and it doesn't t fit. He told me the return policy and I said thank you and once again he said nothing. My husband was looking at socks and had asked the guy working there if there was anymore socks in stock and he said no in a very short response and once again barked his response. Worst customer service ever. The workers name is Stephen. Maybe he should get a new job cause this one isn't working for him. Be nicer next time Stephen.

They had hardly no FR gear only pants. No shirts or bibs he said I could order some it would take 4 weeks. I ended up paying 94 dollars for one pair of pants. No good selection I do not recommend this place.

They don’t have a huge selection and you can’t try anything on so you’re basically buying at random, we all know sizes vary based on materials I went to return the too small items and they were closed despite the listing saying 7pm now I have to drive back here tomorrow it’s just really inconvenient I don’t recommend shopping.

Would like to start by saying hands down shopping at this work n gear was the best experience shopping for work pants. The young man was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help. Also talk to the store manager Thank you Jackie and Daryll for your wonderful service

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST customer service ever. The new manager Jackie is the worst she’s rude and In such a rush! Went in to order some shoes had to go in about 3 times In 1 day because my order wasn’t right and didn’t give me my original receipt with my tracking number. It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t received my package. I went in after the 2nd week & she told me to keep on waiting. She couldn’t even check what’s going on because her excuse was she couldn’t check what’s going on. I will also keep calling the store but no answer. WORST customer service!
