Woodforest is an outstanding bank I’ve had others bank but never felt as welcomed as I have with this bank. The staff is very professional funny always makes my time coming there good . Would recommend to anybody who is looking for a trustworthy bank

There are not enough words to compliment this very professional and friendly crew! I have been a customer with this Joliet bank location for years, and the customer service has been consistently excellent. I have consistently witnessed Dave, Alaina, Paige, and Randy greet me and their other customers, assist me and their other customers promptly, and are always 'community friendly' above and beyond the normal customer service expectations. 'They care about their customers.' I always leave this location laughing and smiling because of how friendly they are. They are worthy of praise and should be commended and rewarded for their commitment to great customer service and support of our community. Highly recommended!

The bank is not always convenient since you have to go into Walmart to go to the bank but staff is friendly and can help you.
