I really liked how easy it was to work with WCCCC. I showed up on a random afternoon and 'signed in' online through my phone. The steps were easy to understand. I got a text right away when they were ready to see me. I walked right in and the employee was waiting for me and got to work looking through my documents. I wouldn't say there was a lot of friendliness but I am just glad it went smoothly. I was expecting it to be more like DHS office. I appreciated how I was able to get in and out at a reasonable time.

A very welcoming community organization and center to help those that need to help within the general Will County area, from utility assistance to getting legal help advice this is the source to get to first.

So this is the liheap office were they pay your bills and stuff. It's good and they pay them once a year.
