Workers don’t care. They’ll tell you they can’t help you and make something up. Especially in customer service. The one place you expect the worker to at least give a little effort to help you. Nah.

Walmart in general needs a brand new training. The employees at this location have absolutely no interest in working. Seems like the departments have no one working there and you have to wait for long periods of time before someone finally comes. Then when they come, it’s like they’re about to pass out, no type of customer service skills. Management needs to really evaluate and do a better job in terms of hiring better candidates. It’s pretty obvious how they are represented compared to their competitors.

I live in Phoenix and my credit cards seem to get used in Joliet at this particular Walmart a lot! Extreme caution people if they’re stealing my card and using it there they have somebody on the inside. I repeat most likely they have somebody on the inside which means they may steal your cards too, and use them elsewhere, but my cards consistently get there when I am thousands of miles away. You’ve been warned.

Did a Walmart . Ordered 5 items only received 4 ! Called the store so unprofessional waited 15 minutes on the phone for nothing ! & supervisor hung dead up in my face !

I was trying to pay for my purchases with an invalid bank card. I'd forgotten my bank had canceled that particular card and issued another one. I had not received it yet in the mail. I was soo embarrassed by not being able to pay for the cart full of items. Fortunately, my bank was in the same area as Walmart. What was so amazing and caring was the agent that was supervising the self checkout allowed me to leave my items with her while I went to the bank and withdrew the funds in order to pay for my purchases. She watched over my cart. Everything was there and intact when I came back to the store!..☺️

Walmart, good if needed tho is average in mostly every way. Except at least 30 minute wait for jewelry to be opened, clothe takes around 10 minutes max (that's about how long it took for me)

Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I can see why this store has crappy reviews and a bad reputation…which I wish I would’ve known before spending money here for an entire grill set!!
I visited the store on Sunday to purchase a grill set for my husband’s birthday. Upon shopping I saw a patio set listed at $117. I asked the employee working in that area (Carolina) if the price was accurate and if it came with all 6 chairs, because I thought it was a good deal! She said “Yes, that’s what it says” and verified the price was correct. I said, “okay, I’ll have to come back because I don’t have room in my car for both items.
Yesterday I returned to the store to find the price listed at $398. Apparently it was listed wrong. The same employee was there working, and called a manager. “Mehet” GM Coach was the manager who came to assist. He told me, “the price was wrong, it’s listed at $398 so that’s the final price.” He kept stating that there was nothing he could do. He literally said, “I do have the ability to change the price, but I’m not.” He was dismissive, condescending, and lacked overall compassion for the situation. I showed him a PHOTO of the price that I took before leaving the store that day because i wanted to be sure to come back for the right set! He walked away and called manager “Rebecca” and stated that she also said there’s nothing that can be done. I have been trying to reach her or manager Christian all morning and have yet to receive a call back.
I spoke with one of the managers under Rebecca named “Rachel” who offered 10% off.
I am not sure why would Walmart’s Code of Conduct discuss ETHICS and INTEGRITY if this isn’t going to be followed!

I even filed a complaint with corporate and am still waiting to hear back! This is ridiculous

Ebt items need to be updated with checkout , this is the third time walmart has tried to charge me for items that website says are ebt.

3 times i went here to purchase a brake light in auto. 3 times i waited for 20min for someone to open the glass case. Everyone i asked did not have a key. I totally understand that there is such a black market for $3 light bulbs they need to be under lock n key, however you are more likely to catch a scorching case of herpes than you will to ever find someone with a key to the lock.
