Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. If I could leave 0 stars I would! I can see why this store has crappy reviews and a bad reputation...which I wish I would've known before spending money here for an entire grill set!! I visited the store on Sunday to purchase a grill set for my husband's birthday. Upon shopping I saw a patio set listed at $117. I asked the employee working in that area (Carolina) if the price was accurate and if it came with all 6 chairs, because I thought it was a good deal! She said "Yes, that's what it says" and verified the price was correct. I said, "okay, I'll have to come back because I don't have room in my car for both items. Yesterday I returned to the store to find the price listed at $398. Apparently it was listed wrong. The same employee was there working, and called a manager. "Mehet" GM Coach was the manager who came to assist. He told me, "the price was wrong, it's listed at $398 so that's the final price." He kept stating that there was nothing he could do. He literally said, "I do have the ability to change the price, but I'm not." He was dismissive, condescending, and lacked overall compassion for the situation. I showed him a PHOTO of the price that I took before leaving the store that day because i wanted to be sure to come back for the right set! He walked away and called manager "Rebecca" and stated that she also said there's nothing that can be done. I have been trying to reach her or manager Christian all morning and have yet to receive a call back. I spoke with one of the managers under Rebecca named "Rachel" who offered 10% off. I am not sure why would Walmart's Code of Conduct discuss ETHICS and INTEGRITY if this isn't going to be followed! "Associates who work at Walmart are expected to operate based on our high standards and values -- respect, service, excellence and integrity. Acting consistently with these values demands that a culture of integrity guides all our decisions. Our Code of Conduct reflects who we are as a company and how we bring our culture to life in our work every day. It applies to every Walmart associate. We also expect our business partners to embrace our values and meet these high standards. Associates and partners who do not share these values do not belong at Walmart. From ensuring the food and products we sell are safe; to using technology and data ethically and responsibly; to investigating concerns raised by our customers, associates and stakeholders, our commitments are embedded into every action we take." I even filed a complaint with corporate and am still waiting to hear back! This is ridiculous!

This Walmart pickup sucks! I scheduled my pickup for 9 PM and received a notification at 9 PM stating it would be delayed. At 9:55, I received the notification my order was ready. When I arrived at the store at 10:12, it was already closed! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD THEY HAVE TIME FRAMES IF THEY FINISH EVERYTHING SO DAMN LATE AND ARE NOT PUNCTUAL.

If I could give negative stars I would. i brought my car to get a tire replaced, I have a warranty and the service manger said they could only find a warranty for one tire until I showed the receipt. it took over two hours !!! my car was the only one in the shop and every team member was standing around and they tried to scam me every step of the way! it was the worst experience I have ever had and I will be telling everyone I can never to come here! horrible waste of a morning!

Worst place ever. I went to get Nintendo switch controllers. Around 10:30pm an employee said they would grab someone for me to unlock the case. At 10:45 they still hadn't returned so I asked someone else. They responded telling me someone was on their way. At 11 an employee came and told me the store is now closed. I told her the situation and she said all the employees with a key have already clocked out and left. Will NEVER go to a Walmart again. Seriously. Never

The money center is a joke as 2424 west Jefferson St, supposed to be opened until 11pm and went there between 5and 6pm always closed had to travel to Walmart on Weber Rd they always stay open late

I have been here more than a handful of times, every time there's massive lines at the self checkout with only 1 or two registers open. To add insult to injury theres a MASSIVE amount of employees standing around doing nothing. I don't know how a store with so many employees can be so awful. But don't worry, they'll check your receipt when you leave.

Horrible delivery "service" My delivery order was late and less than 1/3 of what I ordered and paid for was delivered. There wasn't even a receipt for the five or six items delivered. I called the store and no one answered. Absolutely lousy service. I will never shop at Walmart again.

Absolutely disgusting! Stay away! The self check out isles are disgusting dirty and smells sooooo bad! I wouldn't even scan items on it and went to another isle and it was even worse. Called a worker and he said"He couldn't call maintenance" because they look at the cameras to see if he cleaned it. Well he did not or anyone else in months it looked like with Piled up dirt or whatever it is in the corners. Absolutely disgusting never again Walmart! Sorry I will go to Target or anywhere else!

Be careful. Walmart is getting more money from you than you realize. I had an incident last week; the item on the shelf said 2.12 It rang up 2.48. I questioned it; they got a floor sup...they checked the app, said 2.48. I said I wanted 2.12...the lady, Lynn, was very rude. I got the price though. Went home called corporate and complained. Told they should have given me the shelf price. Said within 72 hours the store manager should be calling me. It is one week later and not heard from the store manager. Today I noticed the same item still 2.12 on the shelf. I bought a few other items....one is listed as 2.00 rang up as 2.50...same with some cookies. Shelf says 2.50, rang up 2.64. The manager of this store must be lazy to not see that the prices are right on the shelf. I know many people who hate the Joliet Jefferson street store...I am beginning to be one of them.

This store is continuously philthy, they're are never carts, the VAST MAJORITY of employees are rude. The produce is disgusting. A lot of stuff is constantly out of stock. When you order grocery pickup, it's never right or your items are smashed and you wonder what the employee was thinking when they chose your produce. I couldn't say enough negative things about this store and I can't think of any positive at all. If at all possible, I drive to the Shorewood location. Disgusting store. Disgusting and unsafe.
