The people working there in their Pharmacy have NO customer service skills. My son's doctors have had to go off on behalf of their lack of Competency. That's why he suggests a small family-owned pharmacy. I will be pulling all my medication from their shore, and I suggest you do the same. And just an FYI, if you have Medicaid or Medicare, their system is down, and they expect their customers to pay the total price for their medication until the system goes back up. A piss poor excuse for pharmacy, and this one, in particular, is by far the worst!

Just an awful pharmacy, rude employees, prescriptions never ready on time. Switched for a few medications to a different pharmacy and was shocked at how much better the pharmacy was and how much nicer the employees were.

It tells me my perception is going g to be ready on a certain date the you learn its up to the pharmacist discretion if they want to relese it early when called yesterday and was told it was suppose to be ready today so it seems like because she doesn't like me or has a problem with me no I got to ruch cu I'm going outbof town thank you for making that morning so much more stressful xuz you can't transfer the perception ether since it hasn't been filled so let call my Dr who is hard to ge a hold of and ask if he can out it to get filled easier so I don't have to qake up early n drive 3 hrs cuz they don't feel like releasing it yet when. Lied to me and wasted my time, told me that it would be ready in two hours, and drove 30 minutes to pick it up only to say to me they did not have it and it was not in stock and gave me a B.S. excuse. Most likely going to take my business elsewhere

Best pharmacy in the area ? They even offered to deliver my prescriptions for free. Other than that, I found everything I needed and the shelves were beautifully stocked and maintained. The checkout was fast and the cashier was friendly! I loved her accent too, I think her name was Winona..? By far this is my favorite Walgreens. Their staff is exceptional and they have two overnight clerks who go above and beyond to ensure I'm taken care of. I think their names are Devin and Hal. Awesome service folks ?

I love Mona she’s always friendly smiling and helpful. Her work ethic never alters she does her job gracefully each and everyday. Every time I walk thru the door she welcomes you with a smile. She treats everyone the same no matter who you are she’s always make your shopping quick, easy and pleasant. Mona you rock ?

Some of the pharmacy staff have no clue as to what they are doing.They call tell you that you have meds ready,you go and no meds! Also many times they say they need to speak to Dr, but days later I end up calling Dr and they hadn't received a call.And this isn't just one Dr. .

I have been using this pharmacy for years. As of lately I have had many problems with them. Calling to ask if a medication is ready, having someone tell me it’s ready, waiting in the drive thru line, only to be told that my medication was put back. Have gotten and paid for the wrong size needles 3 times now.

I was so relieved to find a pharmacy open on Christmas day. When i pulled up to the drive thru window I explained to the tech that I didn't think my insurance would cover the four prescriptions I desperately needed but she tried to put them through. When that didn't work, she found a coupon to help cut the cost. Working on Christmas day is hard. I appreciate the sacrifice employees make to stay open on holidays.
