The pharmacist Shay’s was very rude and un professional. She was impatient and told me I could go somewhere else. Only because the prescription was incomplete. It was beyond my control.

The pharmacist at this location, whose name I think is Shaia or similar, is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. I see by the other reviews that I wasn’t the first one to have an issue with her. My family will be going to another pharmacy from now on.

I arrived here today at 11:10 and noticed their lunch hr is at 11 so I would have to wait until 11:30 to drop my scripts off. I waited patiently. They came back after 11:30. I wasn't paying attention to the time but it was evident that getting back and resuming their day was NOT priority. After they reeled the window up to the consultation window, they finally got the drop off / pick up window open. I walked up to the counter when it was my turn and was told that the estimated time to fill these TWO prescriptions would be an hr. Annoyed, yes, I said thank you and walked out to my car. I returned 50 mins later and stood to the side to wait the 10 mins. It was time and I headed up to the counter. There was a lady in front of me that took longer than expected so I didn't get up to the counter until 12:35. I gave the lady the name for the scripts and she told me that they still weren't ready and that she would check on them for me shortly. It's 12:45 and I'm still here. It seems as though the local pharmacy's have given up their dedication to taking care of their customers and they are simply there trying to make it home at the end of the work day. This pharmacy has outted me an hr and a half today for two scripts and I'm still here. Luckily Jewel opened up in Diamond where I live. I will definitely be switching to them to avoid this. Doesn't matter if it's this location or the Morris location. They are both awful and have blatant disregard for patients well being.

Spoke to possibly the rudest and most arrogant little pharmacist over the phone. Consistently interrupted me mid sentence multiple times when asking questions. By the end of the conversation I understood why they have the reviews they have which I ended up commenting on. Needless to say I was given a “have a nice day” along with a dial tone which is something children tend to do.

Prices here are very high and they do not honor the policy to price match Walgreens online prices , I wouldn’t shop here

I was there on Sept 9 at around 11pm when I politely asked the large young lady with the glasses and ponytail if I could be ringed up. She sounded grumpy and said "go up there" while pointing at the register. I told her "nevermind" since I didn't like her attitude and ended up not buying anything from there.

This store always had what I need. The shelves are always well stocked and the things they sell here are always on attractive displays so it’s easy to see what’s on sale and to shop around. The employees are all very helpful. I like that the location is easily accessible to turn into and park, and the outside appearance is really nice and well maintained greenery. I’ve gotten some vaccines here in the past and there is never a long wait and the pharmacy staff is also very friendly and patient. Though there are quite a few Walgreen’s in the area to choose from, I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family for their needs!

The workers behind the photo counter smelled so horribly of weed, could not find my photo order until a third person came out to look where it was right in front of their face. Maybe if the workers weren't high out of their minds it would'nt have taken 20 minutes and 3 employees to find my order that I placed 3 weeks ago.

Well I was in there with my wife and the associate cashier that was stocking by the name of Abby refused to talk or answer any questions my wife had acted like she did not hear her and kept ringing us up after she looked Us in the eye you should get more people with customer service this way if you want your store to fail thanks Abby you're a role model they just don't give one star to everybody

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. You can hear them repeatedly pick up and just continue to put you back on hold until they eventually hang up on you. This is extremely frustrating. This is my third time in a row calling and my last two calls were hung up on after ten minutes each of waiting.
