This pharmacy is horrible. I wouldn't use them unless you are ok going without your medication when you need it, not being informed when it does finally come in or receiving very incorrect information. I get they are very busy, but what's the point of being a pharmacy if you don't refill patients' prescriptions or communicate the status of their prescription with them unless they call and literally have to pull teeth to get it. Worst pharmacy and customer service of any pharmacy I've used.

Extremely nice courteous pharmacist Sally! We just received a vaccine my husband and I ! Definitely will use this Walgreens more often.

I've said it to Walgreens today in an attempt to purchase some items, and I went to the pharmacy section to ask some questions. I was the only person in line with a few people working behind the pharmacy counter I waited on nearly 10 minutes and was assured by one of the pharmacy staff that they would be just a moment, as I waited patiently they walked by me several times and finally went and took care of somebody that had pulled up to the drive-through. After that I simply went to the checkout lane in the front. Where are you tempted to purchase several items where Apparently there is a clear disconnect regarding sale prices. I finally want minimal and left. In this time of Covid I understand the stress of business, but I also will add this is not an excuse for failure to be customer centric.
