THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY WITH THE WORST PHARMACIST EVER. Do NOT go here if you need your medicine. After going through telehealth with doctors that work with Walgreens, I have gotten my medicine through many other Walgreens. When I tried to get it from HERE, MY PRESCRIPTION WAS DENIED!!! The winner who is "in charge" said that she didn't care if the doctor worked with Walgreens! SHE is in charge of who gets their medications!!!! I PLAN TO FILE A LAWSUIT. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON, unless you want to have a "pharmacist" tell YOU that SHE is in charge of what medications go in and out of "HER PHARMACY" ... It's inhumane and disturbing. And I plan to get rich off this woman after ensuring she never works at any pharmacy EVER again!!!!

Lied to me and wasted my time, told me that it would be ready in two hours, and drove 30 minutes to pick it up only to say to me they did not have it and it was not in stock and gave me a B.S. excuse. Most likely going to take my business elsewhere

My daughter went to hufford jr High last year. Sometimes, she goes to this store after school to get snacks and other things using her chore money. One day her and her friend came home and told me that my daughter was kicked out of the store for no reason. She told me she was looking at the makeup and was rudly followed around the store till she left with her friend she informed me that this is not the first time the store does this the old lady that works there frequently follows young girls that are looking at makeup and kicks them out for no reason. I don't know this old lady's name, but hopefully, next year, no children are harassed by this old woman.

I was so relieved to find a pharmacy open on Christmas day. When i pulled up to the drive thru window I explained to the tech that I didn't think my insurance would cover the four prescriptions I desperately needed but she tried to put them through. When that didn't work, she found a coupon to help cut the cost. Working on Christmas day is hard. I appreciate the sacrifice employees make to stay open on holidays.

Called 11am to schedule an appointment for a covid booster. They told me to come in without an appointment and I don't need one. Drove 30 miles and got her for one of the technician that I need to schedule an appointment. Clearly people don't know what they are doing. Each technician says something different from the other.

Recently visited this place to grab a few thing's to drink. The store is completely unorganized shelf wise. It's a more modern store though that features everything you can expect at your normal Walgreens. Lines move slow sadly. Alot of things aren't in stock.

Such ignorant pharmacists at night!!! I went in there yesterday morning to get my mom’s prescription filled, they said March 28th it may be filled. I go to work, get off at 11, go to the window and said I’m dropping off. The pharmacist that was working was the most ignorant woman I have ever met!! She talked down to me and proceeded to get aggravated because I wasn’t understanding what she was saying. I’ve been going to this Walgreens since I moved to the area almost 7 years and I have never had any problems until tonight. Never again will I step foot in that Pharmacy!

This is a typical walgreens; however, I really appreciate most of the pharmacy staff. They assisteded me again today when the ottawa, illinois Walgreens once again failed to follow through. I go back and forth between Ottawa and Joliet and have a heck of a time with the ottawa branch. This joliet branch demonstrated problem-solving skills and actual common sense, which I greatly appreciate.

Staff is very friendly, usually a supplement will have a good sale, lost my insurance and they automatically applied a discount card, clean, well lit and-open 24 hours.
