Would highly recommend this Verizon store. I made changes to my plan and purchased 2 phones with a Verizon agent over the phone. I then needed to exchange one of the phones. I went to my local Verizon store and they told me to call corporate - then corporate told me I needed to go in store - I was going in circles. I happened upon this Verizon store and they were wonderful. Greeted me upon entering store. Itzel helped me and went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service! She gave me her card and told me I could come back to see her for the next step in my process. I returned to see Itzel but she was not in, so another rep helped me (Isiah, I believe) and he went above and beyond also. Setting up features for me - making what I had to do very easy for me. Felt very confident in his expertise. Customer service at this store is excellent!! Thank you for doing such a great job!

I walked in and all the associates were with customers so I waited alongside 2 other individuals who were there before me for some time, which is fine. However, another man walked in and a lady immediately rushed to him to check him in, straight up ignoring me. Extremely rude and showcases her lack of awareness of my presence. It should be an associates job to recognize when people come in and greet them, they very clearly do not do that here and have no regard for such things.

The gentleman that was helping us was very rude and condescending to my elderly mother and myself. I'm glad that I was with my mom otherwise he'd try to sell her something she didn't want/need. Needless to say, because of him and this experience. Verizon just lost a loyal customer to a competitor phone company.

Went there for Verizon business was told they could get me a cheaper plan than AT&T I now pay over 400 a month for four phones that were “free” and a business line that still doesn’t work last month I’m charged over 600 like who has the money for that especially after I was told I’d have a bill less than $300 and you can help me by talking to Mike from the business department and asking why he lied to me

My phone battery died while shopping in the area. I stopped in and requested to use a charging station for a few minutes so I can arrange a ride home. I was told "we don't do that here" i replied you don't help your clients? I told him have been a Verision customer for 15+ years. He told that didn't matter, I wasn't spending money and said to try Starbucks. He even refused to look up if I was client.
After getting home I spoke to corporate and it's their policy is to assist any individual with emergency charging reguardless of carrier. I confirmed that thru 2 reps and a manager.
I am eplipict, with partial paralysis on half my body, it's deceiving the danger this simple refusal put me in. When my phone is dead not only am I stranded without Uber, It was in the upper 80s/90s that day, if I had a medical episode on that 7 mile walk home nobody would have been notified by my fall alert, and my location wouldn't have been broadcasted.
I bought everything I have that's "Verision" here, all the way back to when the old location opened, now this is this last place I'll shop.

This store is very helpful. They even stayed after hours to help me with a WiFi issue. Glad they help resolve my problem. I will definitely come back here for my next cell phone upgrade. They seem to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.

Beware of sales associate John. I'm not sure if it's bad training on Verizons end or if they hired a terrible employee. Hes NOT knowledgeable about products, deals or service. His lack of knowledge anf his rush rush aproach will have you leaving the store with a terrible deal if you don't pay close attention. Unfortunately I now have to come back to have someone explain what he did to my account and make sure he didn't give me the wrong deal.
Verizon NEEDS better training and better employee screening.

This store is my new home for all my phone services the team here is awesome. I needed to open a few lines and wanted to see what promotions Verizon had so I stopped in and I had a great experience. I worked with Brian he was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the details about the current promotions and plans they have going on. I felt like he really helped me find the best plan to fit my needs so I would highly recommend this location

The manager and employees here have been the only ones who have been helpful for our situation. The people here are awesome.
The phone customer service Verizon is atrocious.

Poor experience. I visited today for help with a couple items that didn't transfer to a replacement phone, and to purchase a phone case. They didn't have the case. I inquired as to where I could get one and he said he didn't know...maybe the mall or a kiosk. Nobody buys Motorola's anymore he said. With regard to the couple technical issues he was not interested at all in helping me. I walked in with 3 requests and ZERO were really addressed. Associate was John I believe. No customer service skills at all!
