Vasa is way overpriced for what you get. Also, they have an enormous cancellation fee which is totally inappropriate. Not customer service oriented at all, especially for a health and fitness club. Beware if you sign-up

10 kids working and no one can EVER clean a bathroom. The equipment is really nice, the staff is lazy nobodies

I am new to Vasa Fitness.First, the employees I have asked for help have ALL been so helpful, patient &kind.Had my 1st exercise class today & loved it.AGAIN the instructor was fun & very good.I am very happy??
