RUDE employees and unhelpful. You walk in and you’re not even acknowledged. Horrible customer service, I would never recommend this location. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world. Best treatment as a customer that I've received in a long time.

The line was wrapped around the store,but the 2 people working the counter knew what they were doing. They were very nice and knowledgeable about the products and services they provide.

At a time when things can be hectic and busy the 3 ladies at The UPS Store this evening were polite efficient and quick! I was worried when I got in the long line but man they killed it!!!!
