I love ulta! All the staff is nice and always help me out with whatever I am going to buy. The lady that does the eyebrows is an expert! I been having an ulta card for the past years and I get double the points!

Do not trust this store with your Ulta rewards information!I went in shopping for two items and I am a diamond member with a lot of points. I only shop in person so two days later I saw that my points were wiped off and someone ordered through the Ulta website- which I never order online! All my points were used up. I called the store manager and she had no clue and did not help at all. I shop at Ulta because the reward system is great but come to find out there’s fraud going on at the cash register’s. I have the items that they ordered and information- so this will be sent to corporate.I shopped on 2/6 and my points were gone on 2/8 online? The products they ordered aren’t even my shade.

Staff is super helpful with recommendations. I brought my sister with an acne issue and I think we spoke to Bobbi. Sorry if I mispelled her name. She was awesome and helped us get everything we needed.

Seems to be friendly to white skin color women at this location . I spend good money and I expect to be treated as such. No greeting or anything. The only shade that should matter is the green shade

I came in from out of town for a wedding in Joilet and scheduled an appointment for a curling style with Amanda. She did a great job with my hair and my curls are still bouncy the day after! I also bought some items and the store is neat and organized.

Guy pro tip #1 (This location is awesome and makes it so easy for your girlfriend/wifey to order her products online and have them ready at the front door for pickup!) Such an awesome location and every staff member deserves 20 stars for their kindness and service every time!!! Best location ever!!!

I never leave reviews like this but what happened just doesn't sit right with me. A older woman with an accent profiled me as I shopped. She asked if I needed assistance and stood next to me while I shopped staring at me the entire time. She was argumentative when I told her I'm just browsing for gifts. She followed me to the line until I left. I will not be back and will take my business to elsewhere. I have never been profiled before and this experience has changed my views on this location.

My friend and I got profiled by this woman who thought we were stealing. We were simply talking and looking at makeup products when we keep seeing this girl stalk and watch us from afar. She even shoved my friend out of the way when she was looking at Fenty lipglosses. I understand you’re trying to watch consumers, but if you’re making the guest feel harassed, that’s just unprofessional. Try to be a little less obvious next time, and try not to target POC either .

I went in on a Friday night after work, which was a mistake because it was packed. Still, it was fine because I committed. I grabbed $11 in merchandise and I stood in the long line. I don't know if the obnoxious lady with dyed red hair was a manager or just a try hard regular employee, but she was very unprofessional. It was already disconcerting that her energy level was as though she chugged two pots of espresso at 7pm saying "ooooh you've been reapproved for our credit card!" to a bunch of people tired from an entire week of work, but it was not appropriate for her to harass every single person following up after their "no" with "Are you sure you don't want our credit card?" "Are you sure?" "Are you sure?" The line moved so slow because of her inane, disrespectful, shenanigans. I was so angry by the time it was my turn, that I let the person behind me go ahead of me to deal with this lady. Her being confrontational made me want to be rude to her, and I didn’t want that. Asking me if I am sure after I gave my answer makes me want to get ugly, let alone many times being asked. I didn’t want to cuss her out or have to ignore her speaking to me. Luckily, I go the quieter and sweeter cashier with a personality that wasn’t an irritant. Lady, no one wants to pay the 30%+ interest rate on cheap makeup. Anyone who pays apr on makeup is insane. It's a terrible trap. It's also disgusting that this chain pushes its staff to be predatory and blood thirsty to pawn their awful credit card to anyone with a pulse because "we have to outdo last year's figures for the shareholders." So, that $10 mascara is now like $25. No, you don't have to outdo last year's figures because that is asinine. At some point, there is plateau because there isn't endless money to infinity, so stop treating staff and customers poorly. No one wants to be harassed, so stop doing it. I honestly hate myself for even going to such a terrible company.

It was an OK experience I went with my friend one time and we got bombarded with this one worker that kept showing us products that we didn’t want to buy and we just wanted to look at the stuff we wanted to buy. She wouldn’t leave us alone I saw her multiple times staring at us, I felt uncomfortable Luckily, the other workers are super nice and friendly. They help me with getting my stuff many times before ?
