“I went to discount tire to have my tires rotated. I went on my lunch break and thought I would have plenty of time to get this done. Once I realized I wouldn't, I asked if I could reschedule. Andy who was at the front desk, checking me in, went above and beyond. He asked his manager if he could go ahead and go do it for me, so that I could get back to work in time. I was blown away by his kindness and customer service! He truly made my day! I appreciate Andy finding a way to accommodate my time frame and will absolutely go back to this location AGAIN!

“I had a pickup order for between 7 - 8 pm. I received both a notification and text that the order was ready at 8:26. I showed up not even 10 min later and it told me to check in during business hours (after 10 am the next day). So now I have to go back tomorrow, I do not live near there and planned my pickup for a time I would already be near Sam's Club. I needed the items for tomorrow, this is ridiculous!! I even tried calling the store with no answer! Wonder if I can get a refund on my membership. Even if I can't, I think I will be switching to Costco.”

“These guys were great very friendly and quick. I went there to get a screw or nail taken out of my front tire they did that for a very reasonable price then he spotted another puncture in the back tire on the same side took the wheel off and found a total of three in that one so they really did me a favor and a great service with a very friendly and professional attitude I highly recommend this place. For work I drive into a lot of construction accounts so I pick up nails and screws all the time so these guys will be my go to Place. Thanks guys”

“Last night 6/8/24, was with my family ( 5 kids from 8 to newborn) when at 530pm had a flat/blow out tire in our minivan. No spare underneath the van. Made a call to Pep Boys spoke with Manager Ethan Conklin who stated they close at 7pm but to head his way and he would take care of us. When we arrived Ethan saw that I had the kids and dog with it was raining out and he was very empathetic, helpful, hardworking to make sure we were able to drive home. The Tech Mark worked right on our car and we were able to drive home safe. Without the help of Mark and Ethan we would have never been able to drive. I recommend this store to another! Great service!”
