Thorntons is a large location in the Joliet area near the heart of the city, with easy access to the streets and other shops. The store provides fresh foods, high quality beverages and fuel. Overall it is a solid location that is great to visit during the day, though the area is not the greatest and is a place to avoid at night. The store itself is not the cleanest or the best stocked. The staff, however, is consistently highlighted as exceptional. Employees are described as friendly and unbelievable, showing great poise in dealing with unruly customers. Specific acts of kindness, such as an employee personally covering a shortfall for a young customer, create memorable experiences that build strong customer loyalty. This dedication reflects the company's mission to be people's favorite place to stop and its passion for the community. Very clean public restroom & Corrie was very friendly and helpful!!! The fountain machine wasnt working properly & she fixed it so that I could have my Arnold Palmer. VERY NICE!!!

Just So people are aware the Liquor department including beer closes at midnight EVERYDAY 12AM NO EXECPTIONS, at this location, it reopens at 6am Monday through Saturday, Except Sunday Liquor Opens at 10am

They got everything you’d expect and the people that work there are really nice but I just spent 20 mins in line because they only had one cashier they need help
