Leidy cut and colored my hair on Saturday 11/18 and she did amazing. My hair was down the middle of my back and I wanted to make a drastic change. I cut about 6-7 inches and went from long to just above the shoulders. She cut it perfectly which is hard for any stylist as my hair is thick and coarse. She was patient and really listened to what I wanted as far as color and overall style and her work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely make my next appointment with her when it is time to touch up the color.

Used dirty brushes, full of other people's hair, it was gross, I almost walked out, ew.I washed my hair immediately after I came home. She did an okay job with the hair cut, she was friendly.

They do a fantastic job on your hair . Kelly did mine and I really like it. They are all very nice lady's there . Good place to get your hair done.

Got an eyebrow wax a week ago by Kellie. She did amazing and was so sweet. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable when they were grown out. I will continue to go there she is still working there! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

One of the worst colors I have ever had. I went in for highlight blonde and low light red. Andrea barely spoke a word to me the entire time, took over 3 hours and instead of $100 listed online for treatment charged me $145. When I was done it looked like nothing had been done to my hair. It was flat brown and in the next week after color, my hair was so damaged it felt sticky to the touch. Now waiting to have someone that knows what they are doing fix it once healthy again. Wish I knew where Daniel went he knew what he was doing.Service: Hair coloring

I got my hair colored at the JCPenny salon in Joliet and I am beyond happy with my experience! I had Dawn and she was amazing! I came in wanting a certain hair color but because my hair was so damaged from having extensions and always bleaching my own hair, I created a lot of damage. Dawn was honest with me and told me what she recommended so I don’t cause anymore damage to my hair and I’m so glad I listened to her! I love the end result and for now on I will be seeing Dawn! Best colorist Ive ever been to. Gone 2xs both with differnt stylist and I told them wanted and showed a pic of the color and both stylist went above and beyond. It even came out just like the pic I wanted but better. I recomded my friends their. Very affordable for all she did. I found my forever stylist. Plus they are all so friendly and didnt rush.

Dawn, Dawn, Dawn! That's all I can say! This woman is soooooooo amazing at what she does! She truly takes time to sit & actually listen to the clients wants/needs. She makes life easier for an indecisive woman like myself. She gives ideas, advice, asks what the client likes/dislikes. She is so personable as welll, it's like I've known her for 10 years. I will follow Dawn anywhere she goes! My go to stylist! So fun & hip as well! Her work is beautiful. When you find something good, don't let it go!
