Made a purchase and the delivery people made the delivery and and help themselves to my work clothes that was sitting on my couch all was caught on camera. The manger from the store told me to send him the video which I did got a text back stating he send it to the delivery department. Beware of the thefts they hire to delivery your furniture or have them drop it off at your front door.

My favorite furniture store.In this store they have an excellent team of salespeople, especially Yesenia (Yesi), she helped us a lot.I highly recommend this store.

Waited a month for my sectional which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow And I had no idea they rescheduled for the 26th the end of the month. I've been reaching out all day to cancel my order and they keep saying they'll tell the store. No one answers at the store. They're giving me the run around on canceling my order. All the lady called to say is she apologize, no compensation, didn't take off the delivery fee, didn't try to make it right and my order is still not canceled!!This whole experience has awful to say the least. I've already bought another couch that will be here tomorrow. This place is horrible, don't even waste your time here

Bought a Chaise sofa on 1/6/24 for $699. Within 30 days it went on sale.. Ad was running on TV ABC 7 Chicago (Presidents Day Sale) and the Chaise sofa was on sale for $499. I called to get Price Match on 2/5 and the Customer Service Agent that I spoke with said that she is not Authorized to Complete Transaction and that she forward to the Dept that handles Price Match.. (she did not forward my call to that Dept) She said that I should hear from them within 24hrs by e-mail.. Well that never happen..So when I called back again..They are now saying that the Chaise sofa was never on sale.. (Unbelievable) So I told them that I will be Disputing that Credit Card Transaction..

Manager Steve was super friendly came in to cancel an order (no one at the stores fault) and Steve was very professional and understanding didn’t try to talk me into keeping the order or try pushing another product on me. Definitely will be coming back to give my business in the future

I had a. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and I refuse to spend any money with these people or recommend any people of color to either. I was profiled and stereotyped by an employee at the door of the store before I was greeted. He was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. The manager and other employees that heard the comment was in disbelief. It was horrible for me and my children. Racism at its finest to say the least.

Update 7/1/23:Thank you to Maria and all who helped correct this. I appreciate the dedication to customer service and how quickly it was handled in response to my initial review. I am optimistic about this bed now, I already noted better assembly. Hopeful the materials hold up better this time around!Initial review:Bed rail broke under a whopping less than 200lbs. Garbage materials. Garbage assembly. Steer clear. I realized too late this is why the salesman was pushing the warranties so hard. He was trying to warn me about the quality. I've had better quality from walmart at 1/3 the price.

I like that they don’t make you feel like you’re being stalked. Sandra was a great sales associate who helped us look at several items. She was very processional and made sure we left with what we needed. Store has everything.
