I love Targets pickup service! Shopping like this keeps me on budget and is so convenient to use. There are great incentives of gift cards back for future purchases.

Went to the Joliet Target today and mentioned to a manager that I was disappointed that the pet section was bigger than the women’s plus section. She informed me that Target will NO LONGER CARRY PLUS SIZE CLOTHES, in store.
I know this is a corporate decision but it pains me that Target does not care about their shoppers.
I am going to do my best NOT to shop where I am not supported. Where my daughter cannot shop. Where my students cannot shop. Where ALL women cannot shop.
Shame on you Target for ultimately showing society that women who wear extended sizes do not matter.

This Joliet Rt 30 location is awful. Hardly anyone working at checkouts and self checkout line is outrageously long. I tried to check out my 3 small items at the pharmacy and she wouldn't do it, even though one of the items was from the eye care dept. I'll avoid this Target for good.

It was very messy and there were lots of things on the ground. Lines were very long, and employees seemed to be walking past these messy places and ignoring it- it might not be their job to clean that, so I wouldn’t know! I’ve been here multiple times in the past 2 months- so I know this is not just one bad day. It isn’t completely nonfunctional, it just isn’t as most targets or outlet stores.

We always shop at the Shorewood location. We were by this location so we stopped in for the second time ever. Last time the store was a mess, clothes just thrown in piles, clothes laying on the floor, long lines to check out. This time it was just as bad. What a difference from the Shorewood, which is neat and has good service. FYI, bathroom was just as bad. Never again, even if we nearby.

I’m not sure why everyone in the customer service department has a 3 foot pole up there a**. I swear it’s like they try to find the hardest way possible to do anything. I come in with very simple request, and they don’t even know their own policy and refuse to verify with a manager about their own holiday policy. Go to the Shorewood location. They actually know what they’re doing most of the time, but this Joliet location is honestly the trashiest target I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s down the street I have to start making the drive to Shorewood

I shopped at this Target with my Mom back when I was a little boy, and I loved it. I would love to work for Target as a shopping cart collector like I do Meijer, but sadly, I can't afford to get a job at Target.

I’ve been going to this Target for years. They always try to keep their shelves well stocked and organized. No matter which department you go too your bound to find something. All of their staff are super friendly and nice. Their carts are always inside the store and kept clear from their parking lots. This Target location is great ?? and I highly recommend for anyone who is a Target fan to check it out.
