AWFUL service. First, we have been Sprint/TMobile customers for over 25 YEARS! Today, THREE sets of customers in 15 minutes… walked out! Telling. Service was not just awful, but straight up disrespectful. The store tried to swindle us into unnecessary purchases- telling us it was the only option. The customer service folks were grossly disrespectful to the Spanish speaking couple in line next to us—- that couple walked out first. Both service people in this store were telling us completely opposite information than the corporate store down the street. Go to the Romeoville location on Weber Road instead Eric at the corporate store earns 10/10!!

I have been to this store 4 weekends in a row trying to update my credit card info and ended up canceling the account because Jac is such a pinhead. He refused to talk with t-mobile directly and said it wasn't his job. I ended up having to go to another store in the mall to get it fixed. I have used that exact store for years and will not be returning.

after another t-mobile gave us false information & geek squad failed us... not to mention apple is a joke! We found JACK! he was amazing so confident in his advice, helped solve our problem! this man knows his stuff!!! let me tell you! extremely grateful for him! ty ty ty jack!

Jac is the best sales person I have ever met. After dealing with horrible service at AT&T I was looking switch and went to the right person. Jac was patient and sweet. He definitely deserves a big raise. He’s really cute wouldn’t mind going back to him.

The assistant manage Jac was not friendly at all! I went in because my phone service was out and I asked him was he not aware of the date being out and do they not get notified at the store and he told me it was above his pay rate. He then walked to the back, took off his name tag and came back to help another customer. When I asked for his name he refused to provide me with his name. I asked for the store managers information and he refused I also asked for the corporate number and he also refused. So then he pointed to some number on the wall and told me maybe I can call it. So when I asked for a pen and paper to write the information down, he told me I have a phone and I could use it. Like are you serious?? Horrible horrible service. He also threatened to call the police on me because I wanted help.

Jac and ryan were very pleasant n helped make my day better...I went to 4 different stores to have some type of service done for me n no one was able to help...when I walked in to TMobile they were very helpful and they helped me explain things n helped me get two phones in less than 30 mins they worked as a team to relieve my stress he even gave a better deal for my money which I loved...They were awesome guys that I don't want to see gone..now that I know that this TMobile actually help there guest n don't have there guest leaving out the door with out the satisfaction they came in with ...it's amazing that my headche went away once I amw into this beautiful place..I thank them so much for making me and my baby happy all over again...I will be back next month to pay my bill and I pray that they Are hwre..Sorry for typos. Jua being real...love the gurl who doesn't eat apples nor like apple phones..ps my guy thanks for saving us money

I have been a sprint customer for over 18 years. Recently I was told that I would have to switch to t-mobile after their acquisition of sprint. I spoke to an associate at the store and tried to explain an issue I was having after switching. The individual was talking over me and not letting me explain all details of the issue I was having. I tried to ask him to let me finish explaining the problem because the solution he tried to propose, when he Interrupted me, I had already tried. He proceeded to inform me that I was interrupting him and that if I didn't stop he was going to hang up on me. I, again, tried to explain the issue and he did hang up on me. I called back and a woman answered and I asked for the person's name who hung up on me. The woman lied and said that she was the only one there. She proceeded to put me on hold so she could see if the associate that was on lunch was the one I spoke to. Then hung up on me after about 1 minute on hold. I then called back three separate times and the rude guy answered and told me "I'm warning you to stop calling my store and harassing my associates" and hung up on me all three times. - I asked to speak to a manager and was told no -i asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. -the woman lied and claimed that no one else was there -the man I spoke to was extremely rude and confrontational. These are my first interactions with t-mobile and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. If I could I would rate them at 0 stars.

Was at other Joliet store closer to my house on Jefferson and they told me about pricing and the change to T mobile but they felt pushy I told them I had an appointment. Ended up at this store because also had to talk to Comcast. I was assisted by the manager Martin who gave me all the same information, but in much better depth. Took the time to go through everything! Meanwhile there were other customers who were yelling and this young man stayed calm addressed their concerns but they were way to over the top. Poor girl who had to deal with them. People have really gone downhill this last couple years, glad to know there are people who are outstanding! Glad i ended up here and not at the other Tmobile store!

BE WARNED!!! This store scams. I bought a phone and they slipped in a $35 "protection plan" that I didn't ask for and they didn't mention. I won't be back.

Very poor customer service employees scream at customer and treat us by calling the police and management( Cristian .A) does not take action professionally he don't care if we are customers or not .. will not help or listen to any issues will give you and attitude.. they fill harass by customers asking questions.... no management on duty. employees do what they want..

The male worker here made me wait an hour just to “purchase a phone”. I was going to purchase my phone when the guy stops and says I can’t because I wasn’t an “authorized user”. Mind you I am on a family members line. I have always purchased my phones in full so there was never any need to authorize me. Well I was mad because I had already waited over an hour and he was ready to sell me it but the guy was going on about how it’s against policy and my aunt had to authorize me through customer service so I can buy a phone. He also said that he wanted me to come in with the account holder to get a phone deal. At that point I didn’t care about any deal, my phone was literally broken! I left mad that I wasted all that time!! But I then called t-mobile and the representative said that if I was going to buy my phone in full there was no reason for me to have to be authorized. I would not recommend this location at all. They’re a waste of time.
