I used to come here all the time and the service is always great and so are the people those district manager Kelly was awesome, but unfortunately from the staff that works there currently they told me that she was fired wrongfully by the new manager of the district and the new manager is very rude Terrible customer service and treat her employees like garbage even some of the current staff that works there now cannot stand her. It’s very upsetting. Get the power to their head and do whatever they want. I would give zero if I could no longer shop Sketchers at all anymore because of how they operate totally totally wrong!!!! I wish I knew the new district to call corporate and write a report because the way she treats the Customers is awful.

Looking at all the reviews and bad comments towards the employees at the Skechers store near my location.
It is very clear to me that I was NOT the only client who spent an unpleasant moment in that place. The staff is very rude, like the woman who was there. She was already old, with very gray hair and an unfriendly face. They don't greet me when I enter and if you say thank you, the less they answer you. I'd better go shopping at another Skechers store outside my town.

my mom and sister got accused for stealing some pink Skechers but she came with the shoes AND she had them for 3 years and we had bags because we went to Burlington we were shopping and I was at dd discounts then I saw a police officer and he told me that we were stealing but we weren’t stealing anything we were just looking. And I want a manager to see this the lady that accused us has white hair

Just shopped there I think Sunday I bought a pair of shoes and slippers great price and this nice lady named Lisa helped me out so much . I have a bad foot and she helped so much ! Thank you for spending time getting my shoes Lisa!
