Owner truly doesn’t care about his customers, talks to you like you’re stupid . Refused me service because they were “closed” when they close at 5:00 … it was 4:15. I then asked him what time they closed and he lied and said 4:30. This guy is a joke and full of greed . Please go to other tire shops

I’ve had nothing but bad customer service since going here. The funny part is that it’s the owner that treats his customers like it’s a burden to service their vehicle. The last 3 times I’ve been there, the owner has given me nothing but attitude. I’ll take my business to an establishment that truly cares about their customers and providing welcome environment for the customers.

EL GUERO TIRE SHOP for a plug is 10$ an a used tire is 30$. I been going go Sammys since I moved to Joliet because their prices used to be that low. Start calling around folks even the tire repair place north is horrible on prices.
