I've had this review in my drafts for awhile. I visited sometime ago and was impressed with what I saw. The location has a nice selection of furniture that seems to be beautifully crafted. The pieces are a little pricy, but that's understandable given that they are hand crafted. We visited early one Saturday morning and were there for at least 45 minutes. The store was crowded and there weren't enough employees present to assist waiting customers. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a store associate. We would have considered placing an order, but didn't because of of that. We ended up going to Walter E. Smithe instead and purchasing a dining room table there. Still I'd consider Rustic Elements as a possible option whenever I decide to upgrade my current furniture pieces.

We have several pieces from them and all of them continue to draw complements from guests. Unique and high quality furniture, with very helpful and friendly people.

I walked into this store first item I saw I purchased I amazing well built buffet/side board I am using for a cabinet under my wall mounted TV. We saw a live edge table somewhere else my husband googled and found this amazing establishment! We met with Scott who is so personable and informative. He is passionate about what he does and shared with us our options. We ordered a customLive edge dining room table… did not see the slabs in person but Scott described the process and we knew we were going to get a quality dining room table, we also chose from a selection of chairs wow so many choices… we received an email when delivery would be two amazing gentleman delivered buffet, table and 6 chairs in minutes they also were kind enough to put old table in garage (I am handicapped) I sat in awe of this table and anyone who has seen it calls it an”work of art!” Do not hesitate to purchase a table you will be blown away! Thanks Scott and team we love it!

We had a great experience purchasing our table at Rustic Elements. Scott and his staff were helpful and knowledgeable as we considered their wide variety of woods, styles and finishes. They sent the samples we requested, twice! . Thanks to their patience, we were able to get our perfect table. Just the right size, and beautifully finished solid wood. We were able to get exactly what we wanted for what we would have paid for lesser quality in a store. We love it!

Rustic Elements is a first class organization. From setting up the initial appointment though delivery, the Rustic Elements team could not have been more helpful. I purchased a dining table + chairs, stools and coffee table. Each piece came out exactly as described and is incredibly well made. I will definitely return for future furniture needs.

My dining room table has survived my 4 kids these past 3 years and I get compliments on it all the time! I was looking for a high quality dining table after having a horrible experience with a table from PB that had paint peeling, horrible quality. After the 3rd replacement table with the same issues, I decided to look for a local furniture store with real hardwood furniture and came across Rustic Elements. Their showroom gave us a great idea of all the table features we could get and helped us decide what to order. We've been very happy with the quality & timeless look of our table. Our kids have used the table like normal, we haven't been careful or delicate with the use & it has held up well, it still looks like the first day it got delivered. The kids even dropped some egg coloring/dye on the table during Easter, I had to use the harsh side of the sponge to completely wipe off the pink dye & it looks like nothing even happened, the dye came off & there are no visible scratches! I highly recommend their high quality tables & benches and had a great customer service experience. Thank you Scott & team!

Our new dining room walnut table and ash wood kitchen table and bench were delivered about a week ago. Both pieces turned out better than we anticipated. Both tables are beautifully crafted and we couldn’t be happier. Additionally, the two gentlemen that delivered and set up the tables were very nice, careful and professional. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend Rustic Elements Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture.

We could not be more pleased with our table and chairs. Beautiful craftmanship. The quality surpasses anything in chain stores. Lexi was very helpful throughout the ordering process. The drivers were courteous and professional. Smooth from start to finish. Handmade in the U.S.. Thank you Rustic Elements!

Rustic elements has some of the coolest designs. Scott the owner, you can tell puts his blood sweat and tears into this company. Every piece of furniture is special, unique and handmade. I rarely see this level of attention to detail. Keep it up guys.

Finally getting around to posting a review. I had searched high & low for a beautiful, good quality table for my small dining room. A friend of mine told me about Rustic Elements and I'm so glad she did. We visited the showroom and I instantly knew I had found the right place. The staff was very professional and helpful. It was a long wait (understandably) but so worth it. My table is beautiful and I love it!

I can't say enough good things about Rustic Elements Furniture. They were a pleasure to work with and the finished product is amazing. We had been looking for a new dining room set for quite some time when someone we know just happened to find them on line. We went out to the shop to see their work and get some ideas and Scott sat with us for a very long time looking at his designs and explaining the differences in various woods. We chose a table and a stain color and we looked at some chairs. The chairs really held us up a little because we couldn't decide what fabric to choose. We went back to the shop a few weeks later and Lexi sat with us and went over the fabrics . We explained that we wanted a faint pattern on the fronts of the chairs and a solid on the backs. She worked with us very patiently until we settled in on two fabrics and the chairs came out exactly how we hoped they would. We also looked at the table again while we were there and realized that it wasn't the color we wanted to Scott advised us and we changed the type of wood and it too is perfect. Additionally, his guys came out to deliver it and were so careful and considerate when they put the table together and brought in all of the chairs. The set is perfect and the process was smooth from start to finish. We are so glad to have found them and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
