Poor experience all around. Driver dropped my motorcycle while driving to the dealership. I was also charged for 2 tows after bringing my bike 10 minutes from the site of pickup. It was explained to me that since the bike wasn’t being brought to their yard I need to pay a second fee. Dishonest and unprofessional.

This place is never prompt. The service team is usually rude and they have an overnight answering service, but they don't respond to this, so you still need to speak with someone in person during their normal business hours.

I've been coming to Rendels for 8 years and only trust my vehicles with them. Every time I go to someone else, I regret it!As a woman, it was impossible to find mechanics that didn't take advantage of my ignorance about vehicles and charge me outrageous amounts. Until I found Rendels!The team at Rendels is always so polite, THEY LISTEN, only looks at the problem I come in for, explains things clearly, and fixes it at a reasonable price. It's everything a lady could ask for in a mechanic. And if you're a guy, I'm sure you'll appreciate them too.I recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought a new hustler stand on mower from them. The salesman John was very helpful and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I would absolutely purchase equipment again from here.

The worst vendor in the city of Joliet just hold vehicles that don't belong to you with someone working on the unit. Pick up the phone and call you have no right to the vehicle with a driver and vendor at the unit, claims it was just left there and it wasn't. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

If you want to spoil your day then is the company to call. They have ties with Police and they take advantage of that. They don't talk ,they threaten people Like if you don't pay we are impounding your truck. Charged 3550 in only 30 Mins. Worst Towing Ever.

I had an emergency code on my Ram 2500 diesel transmission on the last day of working at Chicagoland Speedway. The fault said 3 out of 3 don't drive this vehicle, see a Ram dealer immediately. Both Ram dealers in the Joliet area said they could get me in for service between 1 and 2 months - what a joke. With searching some search help with the Chicagoland management, Pat at Rendel's got me in that morning! Matt read the fault, verified the problem and was able to correct it so I was on my way back 1,000 miles to New Hampshire that evening! What great guys with small town local values. This is something any place could do but they actually chose to help me with my emergency as opposed to the Joliet Ram dealers. THANK YOU RENDEL!!!!

For a police call out for a trailer hung up on a retaining wall, the cost was reasonable for the area. There was not excessive billing hours for the job. Thank you for being honest and not taking advantage of the situation!!

Our lift died on a railroad spur, with no way to move it, but down the tracks. The team worked well with each other to get the lift out of it's precarious position and on stable land.

This is the worst place for your car to be towed. Inconsistency with the rules. One person would tell you one thing over the phone. A different person will tell you something else in person. The owner is VERY MEAN and don't know how to talk to people. If you have an issue, where you need to speak to someone higher up, it's a waste of time. You'll definitely be disappointed and be at a LOSS as well. One star is a rating that gives them 10 times more credit than they deserve. Thumbs down with every hand in America!!!
