If i could give this place 10 ? i would. The greatest and fastest service i ever got. Pulled up with a blown tire they got me in the shop in no time and i was down the road in less than 30 min. Huge thanks to Brian.

October 23, 2023We started out our trip towing a 36' travel trailer from Florida to Illinois to visit family. Bad luck would have it, we had two blowouts the first day out, but thankfully I planned ahead for contingencies and had two spares.After seeing family in Springfield, we started calling around for a new set of tires on the way up to Chicago. We got ahold of Pomp's and Brian was so helpful. He located a set of 4 new tires at thier DC. Mind you, this was on a Saturday at noon. We upgraded from the existing load range E to load range F. Brian jumped through hoops to get them there for installation Monday morning to minimize the impact on our trip.Prior to calling Pomp's, I checked for tires at Walmart. The installed price of the 4 tires at Pomp's was the same price as just the tires at Walmart without installation. I thought it would be good practice to have them balanced and asked about pricing. Instead of seeing an opportunity to upsell, Brian took the time to educate me on why trailer tires do not need to be balanced, and why it would really just be a waste of money. Customer service and honesty at it's finest. We highly recommend Pomp'sWe can't say enough good things about Brian, and he deserves a commendation in his employment record or his efforts and kind service.

Bill Mckinney is the best at alignments.Took my lifted super duty in for an alignment and gave it back to me a different ride. Awesome work.

Ordered up some inner tubes went to pick them up and set for 15 minutes with no service had to leave try again must have been a busy time for them
