what kind of bank doesn't accept cash and a deposit slip? why have employees there sitting and doing nothing? Make it make sense to me

I was very nervous with all negative comments. This locations is very close to were I live, so I took a chance. There lots of parking just make sure to read the signs and make sure to pay. I was greeted right away by very nice lady. I told her I need to make deposited and she said I could use the ATM in the lobby. She asked me if I need help. I am very new with PNC and was very pleased that she was willing to show me how to use the ATM. It was very quick and convenient using the ATM.

Terrible customer service! I had to look for the staff so I could be helped with making a payment. When I did find one she was extremely rude. Didn’t even great or thank me for banking with them. Will never go to this location again!

I would give this bank 0 stars if I could. Most the time you can't use their mobile banking and when you want to take money that you put in they charge you fees. I can tell you where my money will not be sitting anymore.

I will do these employees a favor and give this PNC location a one star rating. clearly they are understaffed and the employees cannot handle the current amount of customers that come in, so they will appreciate me deterring any potential new customers.Today I walked up to the bank around 2:00pm and the door was locked even though the sign outside said they were open until 5:00pm. I was let in by one of the workers who told me she could not assist me (even though I was the only customer in the bank at the moment) and to leave my number so someone could call me back when they were available. Needless to say I never received a call and when I went back at around 4:00pm the same day a different employee opened the door for me and told me he cannot guarantee that he could assist me today because he was so busy. I live five minutes from here but I will just go to a different location for now on because this is the second bad experience I have had at this bank.

Not professional!!! I came in town to visted from Indiana and I stopped in since I was having issues with my zelle account and they were close to my hotel, but this place does not offer a public restroom for customers which is weird I've never been to a bank that doesn't have a restroom for customers banking with them Smh! also not enough employees there bank becomes busy, no help.

The atm takes way too long to count your money compared to other locations not to mention it’s in a scary part of time with sketchy characters hanging around at night
