I have been going to this location for years now. They have added and moved machines around, which I like. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly! The equipment is well maintained and well organized.

Great place to workout. My only complaints the circuit area. Planet Fitness needs to enforce that it is use for 30 minute circuit workout only.

I was extremely happy with your staff at the Joliet location. Actually picking up equipment and cleaning it from top to bottom and underneath! This is not something I see at other locations and you could tell from the equipment that you guys clean and clean well! All of the sanitary equipment was filled, didn’t see any trash anywhere, and when walking in the front we were greeted with a smile! This location is how every location should be!

I am quiet disappointed at this Planet Fitness location as a Black Card premium customer that the 2 I must used machines have had the cracked arm rest for 2 months and it is very annoying and uncomfortable.
Staffs: please repair the broken arm rest timely.

I mean it's clean it's got all you need as far as equipment and its cheap what more do you need!?!? Staff is pretty good too but I'm sure I'll run into one that is not very likeable which is pretty normal in most places of business right!?!
