The stone in my engagement ring was loose and we called 3 different jewelers asking how much they would charge to tighten it, All were $200+!!. Called paolucci and he did it for free!! Also cleaned it. came back sparkly as ever!Will be buying my wedding band from here next year! Very appreciative!!
