Great place. They do an excellent cut on my Labradoodle Bailey. I get the cut I ask for. They treat my dog with kindness and accommodate my schedule. Everyone is friendly.

I rehomed a 2 yr old Corgi from a farm. I'm older and don't have a tub for bathing her. We are so thrilled we found this small business for her spa days. She gets really dirty playing outside and sheds like crazy. She comes home so beautifully groomed and smells so nice. The ladies are so nice and kind. And the price is very reasonable. So happy we found this fantastic groomer!!! ?

Pampered pups and the ladies that work there do such a fantastic job. They care for my dogs like they are their own. I literally drive 45 minutes one way just to bring my dogs here.I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing so many people post bogus “one star” reviews over things that are clearly their own fault. Take ownership of your dog, and don’t complain to others when you fall short.Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I really don’t complain very often but the last grooming my dogs received was unacceptable. Two Large areas that were shaved down to the skin which was not necessary as they are brushed often and were brushed the day of the appointment and now these spots are irritated. Uneven face trimming and nails not short enough or at least not filed smoothly to avoid scratching. I’m disappointed to write this review as I have enjoyed coming to your establishment but this needed to be said.

Went to get my dogs nails trimmed. The lady behind the desk said I haven't been there since 2o17. The groomer was making a ton of excuses about why she couldn't do it. But they had enough time to waste time arguing about me making an appointment for 2 weeks for a nail trim that would have taken 30 seconds. They were waiting for an appointment. I have been in that place before. Getting a nail trim and buying treats. The place looked like they were remodeling and it looked smaller. So thank.you ladies for helping me save my money.

We’ve been going to Pampered Pups since our fur baby first came home and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! They are always so attentive to our Zoe (shih tzu) and always do a wonderful job with her. So grateful for their attention and care.

I DEFINITLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My German Shepard Stella has had the best experience here!! She doesn't act all aggressive to the other dogs, lets them do her nails w/o a fuss! Stella always pulls away when having to go and when leaving usually, but not here! I can tell she loves it here, she is not scared at all!

I loved taking both of my dogs here until the Old Lady starting grooming my dogs. She never can get it right. Either she cuts them too short, leaves them too long, leaves the ears uneven, and just hacks them by being cut choppy. My husband complained to her and she told him to find another groomer. I would never recommend to have your dogs cuts there especially the Old Lady who claims she is one of the owners. Also another point is that you can never reach them by phone. You leave a message and it takes them sometimes a week to get back to you.
