18 years ago, we chose a wedding set for both of us from Newstar because of its unique style. The other stores seemed to all have the same rings. We still go today for maintenance and any new pieces we desire for us and for loved ones. Newstar is always our first stop! And the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for making my ring look brand new again!

What a great company to work with. Leaving my ring with someone I hadn't worked with in the past was terrifying. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted it to look like and they far surpassed it. They were kind patient and pleasant as I went through the process. Highly recommend.

Came here with a friend so he could pick out something special for his wife..... received attitude 3 different times....? I really didn't understand the reason behind it. We went to helzberg and got exactly what we needed and were out the door in 30 minutes. Definitely NOT the same place I dropped $15,000.00 roughly 9 years ago.Response to owner- you only caught the tail end of the conversation like you said. It was all the huffing and puffing and the body language while we were there. It felt like it was a chore for your associate. I think we were pretty clear we needed 9 inches for the anklet. ?? My dad was was also with us with a wad of cash to spend. Outside of my purchase of $15,000.00 , I have probably pushed at least $40,000.00 of business your way since I work for fortune 250 company just 15 minutes away. I wasn't looking to be treated like a celebrity by any means, I just don't want to feel like I'm in line at Walmart.

My wife and I were having our 30th anniversary and I wanted to do something special. The stone for 30 years is actually a pearl I contacted Teresa and explained I wanted a three pearls dropped necklace. She provided excellent drawings and an example of what it may look like The final resulting necklace was absolutely amazing and my wife is over the moon. All the effort and kudos go to Theresa. If I have any further need for custom jewelery, I will definitely go to Theresa. ?
