We shipped an heirloom furniture piece from Chicago to San Francisco for a nursery. Steve was amazing from first phone call to perfect delivery. The experience was top-notch and very easy on my side!

Navis went above and beyond! We are based out of PA, and the items were in the Chicagoland area so we did most communication via email. To ensure they could properly take care of our items, Navis sent a crew for a site visit and took additional measurements of the items we needed to ship in Lake Forest, as well as to get a layout of the grounds. This was all done a few days before crating day. On the crating day, they showed up early in the day, took their time to manufacture the crates, and then carefully packaged our items. They even went as far as to make small ramps so they could position the items internally for outbound shipping. This was all done to international travel specifications, on site at the facility. They did a great job and we will be using them again, as regularly as needed. Thank you team!!

Outstanding ExperienceThis is the company that you want to pack,ship and move your belongings. I was a bit apprehensive shipping to the Midwest at the end of December.I spoke with Guy one week prior to schedule delivery of my items,once they arrived from the west coast. Guy and Mike delivered my items 12/21 and it was as if they were delivering their own items. They handled everything with such care and professionalism.Needless to say not a scratch on my items or on my walls. George was kind enough to give me a moment of his time to compliment his staff and I am more than happy to recognize their skill ,professionalism and excellent customer service.

Truly the best in the industry. Excellent and quick customer service. Navis packs at the highest level and is the gold standard. I recommend Navis to every customer that may need their help. Customers have told us Navis is great to work with and does a superb job. I would not consider anyone else other than Navis for packing services. George, Guy and the rest of the staff are the best in town!!

They DESERVE 10 ? ?!! I was very fortunate to be referred to George at this location for shipping a LARGE hall tree I purchased at a auction . . shipping from Chicago to Atlanta. This was my first purchase of such a large furniture piece that needed shipping and I was nervous about it . . BUT from start to finish George made this soooo EASY . . he gave me a VERY REASONABLE price and kept me informed along the way . . the packing was incredible!! Arrived PERFECTLY!! MIRROR and all!! VERY PLEASED!

This was my first experience using Navis Pack and Ship of Joliet and I was completely impressed with their services. George, the owner, was very easy to work with and was very efficient at scheduling his team to come to my location at a time that was convenient for me. His packers and movers contacted me about one hour before they were to arrive to confirm our appointment. When they arrived, Guy and Blake were the most professional people I could ask for. They very very friendly, courteous and professional. They went out of their way to carefully pack and box all of the delicate items that were being shipped. They accomplished the task quickly, carefully and efficiently. The items being shipped were of great sentimental value due a recent death of a loved one and I could not have asked for better or more caring service. Thanks Navis of Joliet. I look forward to doing business again.
