Elias quite literally saved the day. We stopped to inspect our car after hitting a coyote and it wasn’t great to say the least, Elias happened to be in the same parking lot and immediately came over to see if he could help. He was able to get us back on the road and made sure we felt safe and comfortable to do so. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Elias was more than helpful to me, I would definitely go back. He fixed my tire for me while I was at work before it was even lunch time and my car has been driving perfect! Definitely choose this place. Good prices too!!

I wrote bad review yesterday due to missunderstand about our last service and today when I saw mr elias hidalgo he clarify things up and with today service that they performed after the fact it was awesome and the price is competitive. Completly advice to go there if you want your service fast and with good price.Best Choice Express Inc

Rented a U-Haul and they charged me 1,700 dollars for going 24 miles. I will be going there with the police because, they stole 1,700 dollars from me and will not reimburse me. Do not use them for anything they are crooks.

I had a flat tire and had to wait for roadside assistance to tow my car to the shop. I was already informed that Mr. Tire closed at 5:30 unfortunately we arrived in the tow truck at 5:20 right when they were working on a semi (they also offered to come to me unfortunately I couldn’t afford the extra charge). Understandably, the workers were cold, tired and frustrated with the fact that I arrived when they were due to leave. I explained that I lived in Indian and this was the soonest that I could get there. Elias was polite and understanding. I offered to pay extra just for them staying late and he wouldn’t take it. The work was done fast and he was kind about the fact that I only had Zelle to pay. I would definitely return, just understand that these workers are busy and don’t have time to mess around

I got stuck in a tough spot with not having clearance under a bridge. He offered helped by stopping traffic to help me get in the clear. Just goes to show he goes above and beyond with service. Thank You so much!!!

Elias gave the best service I could've hoped for. Had one of my trailer tires blowout and damaged the other and so I needed two tires on the side of I-80.!!! Called multiple shops that do roadside and mr tire cut the other guys in half on price and eta!! He was there in less than 30 minutes and had both tires on in an hr!!!! Thank God for Elias! He saved the day for me and my brother 5 hours from home.
