Need better communication It supposed to be professional business I paid and they couldn’t give me a receipt I had to speak to the owner because they were acting unprofessional never again this what happen when your trying save couple bucks

My husband had to pick up something in the suburbs of Chicago and Rented a U-haul from this dealer Mr. Tire in Joliet Il.
His experience with them was wonderful.
When he picked up the trailer, he found that there was a leak in the reservoir that houses the coolant in his truck.
Therefore, his truck would not start
The staff of mr. Tire took very good care of him. They got all the parts that they needed to fix his truck and they expeditiously repaired the reservoir and got him and his U-haul trailer back on the road. I highly recommend them for the way they treated my husband, the way they fixed his truck, and the way they cared for him while he was waiting for his truck to be repaired.
Not only were they a very good U-haul dealership, but they were also very good mechanics.

Mr. Tire (Elias Hidalgo) is exceptional! I was so lucky to have connected with him...anyone else would have walked away from the job we had for him! I reached out to him to help us install tires onto a food truck we received from overseas. It was much more involved than we anticipated, but Eli was wonderful, capable, and went above and beyond. The truck came out of the crate attached to a huge, welded metal base. Eli and his assistant worked for over an hour cutting it off the metal base with a circular saw! The actual tire installation took less than 5mins. Not only did they completely the job top notch, they carted off the metal base for us. I cannot recommend Mr. Tire enough. They are wonderful!

We needed tires ASAP and they answered our prayers. Very reasonable price and fast service! I dont know the guys name that did our tires but he was super nice and time efficient! Would definitely come back.

This company is a rip off. Put a used tire chassis tire on a a drive tire. Take a look at what they put on or you will regret it.

Elias quite literally saved the day. We stopped to inspect our car after hitting a coyote and it wasn’t great to say the least, Elias happened to be in the same parking lot and immediately came over to see if he could help. He was able to get us back on the road and made sure we felt safe and comfortable to do so. I would HIGHLY recommend his services.
