I won't go there again. The guy is very rude. I do not think they care about reviews anyway. They also won't accept any returns even though on the receipt it says they take back items within 30 days with receipt.

Not helpful and very rude on the phone. Called to get prices, was on hold for a few minutes and then they hung up on me without saying anything.

I needed a pipe threader die. The guy that answered the phone asked all the right questions to find out what I needed and told me he should have one in stock. I asked if he would go make sure before I drive 45 miles to get it. He went and checked for me and confirmed that it was what I needed. Very helpful.

Not very helpful on the phone. Seemed annoyed when I asked for prices. Can't get prices on their website.
