Outstanding customer service & lot to learn from her on a daily basis. Big asset to the bank family, Lovely branch, warm environment. I know some of the people working in this branch and they are very nice. Always welcoming and eager to help you. It feels they have a more personal relationship with their clients. That’s always a plus when it comes to banking.

Could never bank there. All these banks gave different strange policies. An old acquaintance paid a debt to me for a decent amount. Not knowing the innate details of their life, I chose to go to the bank that the personal check was drawn on. I walk in showing my Id, and told the teller I would like to know if the account had enough collected funds to cover the check. I told her I didn't want to overdraft the persons acct. She says I cant confirm or deny that. I said what? She says " Midland cannot do that as it's considered an invasion of privacy" and you dont have an acct here. I said: " I didnt ask for the persons balance, thats not my business nor intent." Just want to know if its covered? Im thinking..... youd tell me if I had an acct here .. if that check has enough funds? " She says why not cash the check and find out? Im like huh? I said ok how much to cash the check? ( Im thinking about another bank (US Bank) which charges $15 to cash a check if the person does not have an acct) She looks me in the eye and says : there is no fee for cashing ur check. I say Id prefer not to carry that cash to my bank. How much for a cashiers check or money order? She says I cant issue those. You have to have an acct here to do that. I suddenly became really confused with their bank policies. Never mind, I said and left. This is the strangest bank policies Ive ever heard. What a waste of 10 min, that I'll never get back. Actually pissed me off. I went to my bank , deposited the check and rolled the dice on the whole damn thing! Dont bank here. And for those who bank here, good luck riffling thru all the confusion. Theres better places to do business regarding your funds.

Great customer service. The personal bankers always have a friendly word or a nice hello. The bank never seems to be overcrowded with people waiting. Drive thru is quicker then many of the other banks I have gone to in the area.

The hours on line do not mach the hours of the bank it's self. Online and claims 8 and the store says 9. I have had to wait now an hour for them to open.
