Today I tried to change what Carlos did. Another man who worked today started lying and was so angry and rude.
He just kicked us out of the store. It's horrible.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BE CAREFUL.

I came to find out how to unlock my phone. The store employee said they don't do that.
I really regret that I contacted metro t mobile. For half a year they were still unable to provide me with roaming. And when I decided to switch to another service provider, problems appeared with the unloaded device.
