Went in to activate my Ultra watch, lady who worked the counter on 12/16/24 @9:10am was rude and said "we don't do the newest model". This was after I called and confirmed that metro does indeed activate the new model. Wouldn't even try to help me.

A place where very bad service. I asked for an account statement and the employees, because they were on the phone, said they couldn't. Bad service, even to make a payment. They have a bad temper. I don't know why a company like this has staff like these types of employees.

On Thursday, October 11, at 720 in the afternoon, I went to this place to pay for a telephone line where I was very poorly attended to since I entered the place where there is a lady who seems to be the manager and who, because she was not to her liking, did not He wanted to make the payment where he simply told me that the information was not considered, I told him I always come and something like this had never happened to me, he made me wait and when it was time to saw he simply told me I can't help you, come tomorrow after that I left and Today, October 12, I was able to make the same payment that I make every month at the dela store 2225 w Jefferson st where I was treated with great kindness and very attention. I ask that anyone who is or has been a victim of this lady please let her know. everyone why because of people like that everything is from bad to worse he rated it...with all the zeros that can exist terrible service

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident involving Maria at the Metro PCS store. Regrettably, my IMEI was utilized for a different individual's number, impeding my efforts to import my own number. Despite my attempts, this issue persists. I possess my physical device, yet I remain unable to utilize it. During my attempts to seek assistance, Maria appeared disinterested, even disregarding my inquiries while retreating to the rear of the store. To compound matters, she intimated involving law enforcement, an unnecessary measure given my cooperative demeanor. I possess comprehensive video evidence of these occurrences. We personally just switched to Metro by T-Mobile and the ladies that worked Monday night 08/14/2023 were nothing but short of amazing! They were patient, caring and professional. I enjoyed being able to get my first purchase through them. We will be going back to that location for sure!
