Best service by far. I live in California but relatives live in Joliet. Unfortunately my relatives aren’t computer savvy. I had to send them documents which needed to be signed and PDF sent back to me. Mailboxes and Print Depot went above and beyond to print documents and have relatives sign and sent back the PDF to me super fast. I highly recommend this company. Will definitely use their services again. FYI customer service was exemplary.

I have been using this business for over 10 years. Since Naomi came on 5 years ago the place runs like clockwork! An employee like Naomi is difficult to find, she is hard working, smart, attentive, knowledgeable & fast. I love the service she provides & highly recommend this business!!

The owner was very unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and dramatic. I just went in there to get some pre work done and to confirm the appropriate documentation required. The owner got mad at me and cussed me out because I called her out for cutting me off during our conversation (which occurred multiple times) , and she did the same with the 3rd party on the phone. I went to apologize to the person on the phone and that’s when the owner started dropping F bombs and boasting about how she owns the place, etc. etc. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable, confused, and worried for my own safety. I got out of there asap as the owner made her way back behind the counter. Someone needs to tell her it’s 2023, not 1923.

The manager with red hair was so helpful this morning and really went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed print wise and mailing. She was so polite and professional…and kind! A rarity these days.

I've had issues twice now. First time I had something notorized for sons passport and they didn't date theyre part. Had to find out in passport that it wasn't valid and I need another notarized paper. Keep in mind I needed the passport for an emergency out of the country and this caused the passport to be delayed causing me to delay my trip. I went to UPS for that in stead where it was done right. Second time I went in for a box because I'm returning something. I told them I had an item that measures 8x4x3 and need a box for it. They recomend a 6x6x6 box totally ignoring the measurements. Instead of turning around and looking at the other box sizes she gets snappy and tells me to just bring in my box instead. I did the Same thing I did last time and just went to ups for the box because no way in hell am i going there again. That was the last straw and the last oppurtunity I give them to earn my buisness.this business made me loose money and my time but I still went back to try to use them so they can just mess that up too.

Just spoke to a young lady at the store, she was very nice as I was having an issue printing my shipping label. She gave me an email address to send the label to, and said no problem we can do that for you. Would highly recommend

I had to come to the store for their fingerprinting service. Naomi and the other staff member were so pleasant to do business with. They were both so kind, friendly, welcoming and eager to help me. Naomi took care of my service and was very professional and prompt. I wasn't in the store very long, but for the short time I was there I couldn't help but notice the excellent service they were providing their customers. They were truly eager to please and willing to go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. It's so nice to deal with a company that provides such excellent service. I definitely won't mind coming back to this location.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I mailed three Presidential memorial certificates thru them. All were labeled incorrectly. When I ask for their help in getting them returned, I was treated very poorly by Naomi the manager. She would not permit me to speak with the owner either. two were lost in the USPS mess, one was delivered locally. Had to request new certs from U.S. Vets service and went to another establishment for shipment. Shocked at the level of treatment I got there, no refund either! Save the headache , go somewhere else.
